Cool, modern design, excellent service and underground car park. property management has improved. Stylish and functional, most flats with lovely balconies overlooking the square. regular window cleaning and common areas cleaned excellently. Issues arsing do sometimes take a long time to remedy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

great area, beautiful flats, helpful concierge, access to lovely park, peaceful yet so close to upper street, zero traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has improved massively, it was awful, taking months to fix problems arising from hidden shoddy workmanship

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the workmanship was done on the cheap, leading to countless issues arising years later

The flats are beautifully designed, modern but unique, many with lovely balconies. The concierge is fantastic, hand delivering parcels and post to your front door, always ready to help with any problems big or small. we have always felt extremely well taken care of.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect, with a lovely neighbourhood feel (never noisy/never heavy traffic)yet still so close to both Angel and Highbury, both full of wonderful shops, independent butchers, fish mongers and grocery stores. Transport could not be better, Highbury and Islington, Barnesbury and Angel tubes all so close by. Underground carpark, where bins are stores and collected every Tuesday. The flats are beautifully designed, modern but unique, may with lovely balconies.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How to change all of the different light fixtures.

What is the best feature of your home:

The location is superb, quiet and peaceful yet within walking distance to Angel and Highbury, and right next door to Highbury Fields. The park in front of the building is a delight to look out on to.

The building is architecturally interesting and unique. My flat is bright and spacious. The concierge is outstanding! The buildings are always clean and well taken care of. Problems with internal lifts and car lifts have been problematic but finally seem to have been remedied.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Islington is wonderful, full of culture and a lovely mix of people, close enough to the centre of town but far enough away to feel like a proper neighbourhood.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known more about the electrics, as well as what companies were used to install heating, wiring etc

What is the best feature of your home:

Floor to ceiling windows, spacious balconies, beautiful open plan kitchen!

Great location

The flat's modern, great to have the park next door. It's quiet, we have an outdoor space which is great, and we have good neighbours. The flat's well furnished in terms of fixtures and fittings. The appliances were all in the kitchen and the bathroom was all kitted out. It's all done to a high standard. There's underground parking too which is handy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet though close to upper street and Highbury and Islington. It's a family area, its nice to see kids in the park. It's quite safe - there's not too much crime. Negatives - it's expensive as tenant, though it's probably expensive to buy too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really good, always quick to sort things out and they're available 24/7. Once an appliance broke, and they got in touch with the relevant people. They let in the letting agents (aftwr checking with us). They take care of things like deliveries and window cleaners.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Gets really hot in summer, because it's really well insulated!

Convienent central flat

Anonymous (Owner)

Sept 2019

Very happy with the property. It is well designed and spacious. There is a concierge, which is very helpful for parcels being delivered. The sound proofing is good for a new build and the development is well maintained.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convienent central London flat close to my work. The flat is also close to lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. Convienent, central, shops, restaurants and pubs. There is nothing I dislike about the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had any isssues that have needed to be responses to but any email communication has been quickly responded to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Trip to the bins is inconvenient.
