Excellent quality of build and location

The development is modern and well-kept. The service charge is reasonable compared to other similar buildings. Also, there is an amazing concierge team, and build management is great in general. There is a gated parking, bicycle storage rooms, and gyms.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A very quite neighbourhood, close to Piccadilly and Victoria lines, the only downside is the noise on match days. Also, Highbury Fields park is just minutes away, and the Islington high street is just a short walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge team is very responsive and the building manager has always been able to answer my concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Being close to the Arsenal stadium can be annoying during match days.

The development is new with a great Gym, concierge and outdoor gardens. The management company keep the development spotless and it seems to be cleaned 7 days a week. The concierge are always super helpful with sorting any requests. There is no through road so the street is nice and quite.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is in an amazing location with Highbury fields a 5 minute week, Upper street a 20 minute walk and there are some great coffee shops and restaurants opened up recently.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded promptly and solved any issues we have had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were nervous about noise, but you don't hear anything from other residents.

Great area to live

Lovely place to live that has access to multiple tube stops and parks. The facilities are well kept and easy to use (I.e gym and post boxes). So good that we renewed our lease another year!! I would recommend it!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tube stations close temporarily during matches and can get loud at times. The big windows are nice but hard to keep clean. Concierge is really friendly and building feels very safe. Good quality people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No. All was clear.
