The Gessner is just a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Hale station which will get you to Victoria within 15 minutes or so, it's a great location. It is also close to Walthamstow Wetlands which is great for going for walks, especially in the summer!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are super responsive and quick. Whenever we had issues (not many) they were always resolved promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to say here, it has been great. You will love the space and area. There are also free tennis courts just behind the corner in the park.

The local area offers a great mix of shops, restaurants, and bars, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. You’ll find everything from casual cafes to more upscale dining experiences. The selection of local shops is well-rounded, covering essentials, boutiques, and some independent stores. The open spaces are plentiful, with parks and green areas providing a nice escape from the urban buzz. Transport links are generally good, with bus and train stations nearby, making it easy to get around. However, during rush hours, there can be delays, and parking near public transport hubs can be competitive. Living on the street is generally quiet, but there are occasional issues with parking availability, especially on weekends. Bin collections are timely, and local authorities seem to keep the area well-maintained. Traffic noise can be noticeable at certain times of day, and there have been some reports of minor anti-social behaviour, though it’s not a major issue. Overall, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to live, with a few typical urban challenges.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fortunately I have not had many issue but when I did, the management team has responded very quickly! Beni, kitti and Imran are brilliant

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the inflation of the rent after each term, but otherwise I wish there was more events in the building.

Exceptional reliable transport links to the entire city. Convenience of a retail park across the road which has a variety of supermarkets and fast food outlets. A myriad of local restaurants to explore with a vast cultural diversity. Street is peaceful and parking available at easy accessible car park locations which is safe and secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The very little issues I’ve had since the three years all have been dealt within hours of reporting them!

Remarkable how noise proof the windows, the ceilings and walls are! Peaceful and quiet 24/7 so a peaceful nap or sleep is always guaranteed!

Everything here is nice and quiet. No traffic noise. Retail park is very close by. Train station and bus stations are near by.

They have responded immediately almost every time.

The retail park is close by so pretty easy to grab groceries, etc. Also, the railway station is a 5mins walk which is very convenient.

Building management has been very supportive. They respond quickly to any maintenance issues.

Great place. I found out most of the things regarding the place on Google before coming here.
