Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This is a prime location for anyone who works in the city. There are plenty of shopping locations as well as restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. There are travel links near-by which makes getting around the city/ in and out of the city very easy. Me and my partner also work very close by which allows for a very convenient work/social life balance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Certain free to use facilities we were told about are not currently in use (such as the ice machine). We believe this is due to a small portion of the property currently being occupied but it was a slight disappointment to see it out of use during the summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s central and close to everything you’ll need - bars, library, supermarkets etc. Brindley place is a few fts away with several restaurants and the canal. I love walking to the Birmingham library at my convenience and living here makes it possible. Love it!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Repairs and maintenance are done swiftly. All I have to do is to log a report on the portal, send a WhatsApp or speak to the concierge.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The occasional parties held at the building is a great way to bond and meet other people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Riverstone heights is a perfect spot for those who love the city lifestyle as well as some tranquility. I love that the nearest tube station is just a mere two minutes walk from the building. Moreover central London is just 15 mins away from it. I have been out from the crack of dawn till the night, however I always found the area safe. In terms of convenience, a Tesco superstore is just a stone throw away. I also love the new gym that opened a month ago which is available 24 hours a day. I love the fact that although I am close to central London, there is no traffic noise or anti- social behaviour or litter issues. The area gives you the best of both worlds of enjoying city life as well as coming home and relaxing the peace and quiet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management are very prompt in issues raised
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before I moved in, there was still building works carried out. Once all the refurbishments were completed, I really got blown away with the 360 degree view of London you get to experience at the rooftop.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area offers a great mix of shops, restaurants, and bars, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. You’ll find everything from casual cafes to more upscale dining experiences. The selection of local shops is well-rounded, covering essentials, boutiques, and some independent stores. The open spaces are plentiful, with parks and green areas providing a nice escape from the urban buzz. Transport links are generally good, with bus and train stations nearby, making it easy to get around. However, during rush hours, there can be delays, and parking near public transport hubs can be competitive. Living on the street is generally quiet, but there are occasional issues with parking availability, especially on weekends. Bin collections are timely, and local authorities seem to keep the area well-maintained. Traffic noise can be noticeable at certain times of day, and there have been some reports of minor anti-social behaviour, though it’s not a major issue. Overall, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to live, with a few typical urban challenges.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fortunately I have not had many issue but when I did, the management team has responded very quickly! Beni, kitti and Imran are brilliant
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the inflation of the rent after each term, but otherwise I wish there was more events in the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, close to the city centre, bus station, and De Montfort University. The streets immediately surrounding the building aren't the most walkable as they are quite busy, but this is not an issue since it is in such close proximity to many shops and amenities. Abbey park is a short walk from the building and it's great for walks and runs, and the city centre has everything I needed on my day-to-day, I rarely had to take the bus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Problems were addressed promptly and triaged and addressed as earliest as possible depending on severity. That said, I only had one or two maintenance issues the entire time I lived there, there was rarely a problem with the facilities.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The staff is incredibly helpful, I was moving in from abroad so I had to buy a number of items just as I moved in and they offered to hold on or put in my flat anything that I shipped there. I only ended up sending a couple of things but I wish I had really taken advantage of this.
