Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I absolutely loved my time here, it was such a beautiful building and managed with professionalism, speedy action, and a good location and fantastic facilities. I would say that I live there during the pandemic which month I didn’t get the full use of all of the facilities and the events, however would highly recommend living there. I met some fantastic people and I really miss that place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building managed issues, even personal issues such as when my car got damaged they handled everything with the AA/Breakdown honestly they are fantastic and exceptional service. If you are used to a high standard of service I think this is probably one of the best places to go in Leicester so far that I’ve experienced, any repairs were dealt with almost immediately and it was very good so I highly recommend.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was one incident of semi antisocial behaviour which in a city centre is to be expected from time to time. It was a little bit concerning for me however I was supported by the staff and management immediately and this was refreshing! Thank you, it has a great work from home space and I was able to utilise that space when we moved offices for a period of time.

Excellent experience for my first week in the Gessner

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Staying at The Gessner is a great experience. Firstly, it's very convenient as it's close to Victoria Line and National Rail, just a 3-minute walk to the station. Within a 5-7 minute walk, there's a large retail park where you can pretty much buy everything you need!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far, there have been no issues that require repair.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Overall, not much, as it was a great experience for my forst week stay

I've had the best year living here!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best aspect is how close it is to the station, making it easily accessible to commute especially into central London, which is highly desirable and a massive perk. On local bars and restaurants, there aren't that much choices. However, I understand that the area is coming up so it's fine.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly - I can easily report an issue and they solve it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, it's been great so far, I am happy with all

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great, you have Morrisons right across the street with Subway, Starbucks and Dominos etc. nearby, also surrounded by nice local shops and restaurants such as La Pop. The five way train station and bus stations are not far away, with 10-15 mins walking distance to city centre. Despite of its great location, it is quiet and peaceful. You can enjoy a quiet night and have a sound sleep. The traffic noise is not a thing because of terrific soundproofing. There is also no issue of anti social behaviour at all, a very safe area. Bin is collected at daily basis and there is a nice parking lot to use.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually you just head to the concierge and you will get most of the issues resolved. If that's something beyond their competence, the senior manager usually makes a response in 3 working days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I know the soundproofing is this good, I will definitely choose a flat at the highest floor, even facing the busier side of the street.
