Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s central and close to everything you’ll need - bars, library, supermarkets etc. Brindley place is a few fts away with several restaurants and the canal. I love walking to the Birmingham library at my convenience and living here makes it possible. Love it!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repairs and maintenance are done swiftly. All I have to do is to log a report on the portal, send a WhatsApp or speak to the concierge.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The occasional parties held at the building is a great way to bond and meet other people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a pretty happening place with a giant Morrisons across the road and Broadstreet is 2 min walk from the property and also the Edgbaston tram station is just across the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediate response from the management, Charlotte is sooper responsive for any help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

GOOD overall, just a little high on price but it's worth with the facilities within the building and outside as well.

Truly modern living!

Hills (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and a few supermarkets within walking distance, making it easy to find food and essentials nearby. Transport links are excellent, with quick access to public transportation, so getting around is a breeze. The range of local shops and restaurants is good, catering to most needs without having to go far. Living on this road street is generally pleasant, although parking is not free, which can be a downside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at the Lansdowne has been outstanding in handling any issues or concerns. They respond quickly and effectively, ensuring that problems are addressed promptly. Charlotte, in particular, has been incredibly supportive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the option of not choosing the Reposit scheme. While it seemed convenient initially, in hindsight, opting for the traditional deposit route might have offered more flexibility and control over deposit handling and returns. For new residents, I’d recommend carefully considering if the Reposit option aligns with your long-term preferences and financial plans. Other than that, I’ve found the living experience here to be positive.
