Living in Bloom building has been nothing short of a magnificent experience. From the moment I step through the doors after a long day's work, I'm greeted with a sense of ease and comfort that permeates every corner of the building. The amenities are truly outstanding, offering flexibility and the ability to tailor my experience to suit my needs perfectly. The spacious and well-designed apartment layout optimizes every inch of space, providing both functionality and comfort. It's a joy to come home to such a well-appointed living space. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. They are not only incredibly kind but also always available to assist with any request. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive community is evident in every interaction, making me feel truly valued and at home. In summary, there's no better place to live. From the stunning amenities to the caring and attentive staff, every aspect of this community contributes to a truly exceptional living experience. I feel fortunate to be a part of it!

The local area is simply perfect from many perspectives. With a diverse demographic mix, it's vibrant and welcoming. With local amenities, services, restaurants, and exclusive venues all within reach, there's always something to do. Additionally, the new Battersea area offers various transportation choices, facilitating travel in any direction. The area is peaceful, and I highly recommend it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is truly friendly and helpful

It was nice to discover that in addition to all the services and amenities available, there was also an organization for courses, workshops, and other events. It's very enjoyable to participate in all of this.

I am impressed with bloom Nine Elms and the level of service I received maybe not initially over emails or phone but we were then assisted by Abdo Dada who was very helpful. Thanks to Abdo we were able to find a flat that suits our needs, we’re very grateful for his expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend dealing with him. The building itself is modern, boasting sleek architecture and luxurious amenities. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a sense of elegance and sophistication that is truly unparalleled. The attention to detail in the design is evident in every corner of the entrance to the building, however, I don’t like the fact that sometimes they rent it for short term and I also get annoyed when I see the swimming pool too full on sunny days because there is no limit to the number of people a tenant can invite from outside

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is within walking distance to Battersea power station, full of restaurants and new things to do every week. The building is also close to Battersea park

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive. I had an issue with my dishwasher, they immediately sent someone to fix it and were on top of things.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That they let the properties for short term as I don’t particularly enjoy to people treating the place as airbandb

Modern design, great facilities including gym and pool, and efficient building management. Property management is responsive and attentive. Safe, clean, and well-maintained. Higher cost, but worth it for the quality and convenience. Thanks to Abdo Dada for his help with viewing and answering all my questions.

There are lots of grocery stores, one modern shopping mall, a farmer's market, and a park perfect for walking and running. The variety and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars are excellent, catering to diverse tastes and needs. The area is generally great and not noisy, providing a peaceful living environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded promptly and efficiently to any problems or issues raised, ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining a high standard of living.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Overall living experience remains highly positive. For new neighbors, I recommend attending community events to quickly integrate and meet other residents.

It has the amenities you need. The kids playroom is my personal favourite. That along with the courtyard which has a slide is great to keep the kids occupied without venturing too far. There is also a great convenience to having being able to work downstairs for those remote days.

Great location a lot of of green space. You’ve got the power station a few mins away with a choice of the northern and Victoria lines.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I was shown around by Abdo who take the time to explain everything in detail and answer all our questions. He was a strong an influence in his making the commitment and we haven’t looked back since :). Since moving in he’s been super helpful at the reception and always willing to lend a hand.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How central the location is. 10 mins on a like bike and you’re in the heart of London.

The whole process from rental through to move-in was brilliant - our Agent, Abdo Dada, was a superstar from start to finish. The real difference has been the continued support he has given us after move-in which is so rare in this market. The resident's portal is brilliant, makes everything very simple. Thank you Abdo!

Great location - brand new facilities and next to the river, very rare in london. Great bars and shops nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - nothing has needed to be fixed - all very efficient

Nothing I can think of - the tour was very detailed.
