This area is close to everything. Has local shops/gyms etc and is a stones throw away from the centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve not had any issues so far that I’ve needed to report so no comment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Storage is restricted but you can put stuff under the couch/on balcony’s if weather proof

Amazing location right close to the city but quiet enough for privacy. Access to Victoria station easily

Yes with immediate affect and maintenance within the day depending on the circumstances

How lovely the staff are and how helpful they are, also good to known it a pet friendly

I have been living here with my dog over 3 years and my experience all along it’s been incredible. The location is fantastic! It's close to shops, buses, and the train station, making it easy to get around. Being so near the city centre is super convenient. The building has great installations as well, which really adds to the overall comfort of living here. Highly recommended!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a great experience with Paul Saz who came to fix our cooker hood. He was extremely kind, professional, and completed the work efficiently. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention he brought to the job.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking can sometimes be limited for visitors, so planning ahead for guests is a good idea. However, these are minor issue compared to the overall great experience of living here.

Love the area we live in, plenty of shops nearby and you are only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of town. You wouldn’t find anywhere to live for this price more central than what we are.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had to wait very long at all when we have raised problems about the property, thankfully they have been nothing major but the team have always been quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not so much something before we moved in but I do wish there was a gym per building or every 2 buildings as it often gets very busy.
