I've enjoyed living at Chapel Wharf. The modern design and spacious layout make it a comfortable place to call home. The facilities are excellent, including a gym and lounge areas. The property is well-maintained, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've had a fantastic experience at Chapel Wharf! The facilities are top-notch, and the location is incredibly convenient.I And the staff is friendly. Special thanks to Ismaelisam, who was incredibly helpful and always ensured I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Chapel Wharf has been very responsive to any issues raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the lighting situation in the apartment before moving in. Due to the building's orientation and surrounding structures, the amount of natural light throughout the day is somewhat limited. This wasn't noticeable during the viewing but does affect the overall brightness inside.

Chapel Wharf is the best flat I've ever rented in Manchester

Chapel Wharf is the best flat I've ever rented in Manchester. Good sized 2 bed flat, nice furnishings & easy to make home. Great coworking space & separate dining room to book out which is great when you have mates round! There's also a few bits to get involved with such as yoga, craft club & book club - although a few more events in a month would be ideal as it's a great way to meet people in the development & nice to get out during the week. Would be nice to see Chapel Wharf maybe do some quiz nights, paint and sip, just a bit more variety as the ones they already do now are great. Such a great team, always resolving issues quick - especially Vicky, who always goes above and beyond to help.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Central location - everything is walkable from Chapel Wharf. It's also a nice quiet area, even with its central location. Never really had issues apart from sometimes when the Lowry hotel are having private parties, but they're few and far between for it to be a major issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within 24hrs, sometimes same day if it's a weekday.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I took part in more of the socials, I only started getting involved in craft club/yoga sessions until recently and I'm moving out this month! Take advantage :)

The building itself has no problem overall and my only concern is the air flow between apartments

Elena W (Tenant)

Aston Place, B1

The building itself has no problem overall and my only concern is the air flow between apartments. I can smell my neighbours cooking since their kitchen is right next to my bedroom. Oily smell is not nice for my beddings and clothes. The corridor has a strong smell when people cook too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic facilities, design, maintenance team and location, good for professionals living and work in city centre. Service team - Abdul has been the best receptionist ever during my two years stay. The recent new management team is not as good as the previous one, lacking friendly customer service skills and don't take their jobs seriously. This has been said by many loyal residents and it also part of the reason why I'm leaving.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Efficiently fixed any problems I had and satisfied with the maintenance team led by Abdul.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Speak to the receptionists first and see how you get on with them.
