Clean, convenient and comfortable living environment!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've been living here for two months now. Everything here is very comfortable. Twenty-four hour clean gym and very cozy public spaces. The nearby supermarket is also only about a 10 minute walk. Although I don't have any pets of my own, the pet-friendly policies and large green areas here are very other delightful. People and pets can live well here! The garbage room here is also very convenient, you only need to take the elevator to the negative floor to dispose of household garbage.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A short while after moving in, I accidentally lost my room card. Fiona at the reception was the first to help me get a new card and taught me how to set up my e-card. This was very helpful to me!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish there could have been more information about the apartment amenities, like the gym, common areas and neighborhood supermarkets more prior to moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Less than 10 minutes walk to train station and city centre plus lots of local bars and shops even closer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Replaced broken mirror and hob very quickly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Fridge freezer space is quite small so would be a struggle for more than 2 people.

Excellent Management and Hassle-Free Living

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My area is generally a great place to live, with good amenities like restaurants and parks nearby. However, there's a lack of convenience stores, which makes quick shopping a bit inconvenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive to any issues raised, addressing them promptly and ensuring quick resolutions each time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how few convenience stores are nearby. It would be helpful to plan grocery shopping in advance, as quick trips for essentials aren’t as convenient.

Living at Dandara

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really love the location of this building. It’s still in the heart of the west end but it’s quiet and not got too much noise going on. The transport links are great the subway, train station and buses are just a stone throw away. The parking outside the building seems a bit of a nightmare as I don’t drive but it’s a one way street which could of been better designed but I think that’s overall all the buildings issues not this one specifically but the underground car park is safe and secure . I never hear traffic, the only one thing that slightly annoys me is the alarms from the ships but not overall and it’s just being a bit nit picky

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they’ve all been dealt with promptly and quickly which has been great!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The water annoys me as I never have straight cold water out my tap. It’s also out a tank so theres certain times I don’t have hot water as it needs to be timed . I was told this when viewing but it is becoming more of a problem for me than I thought it would be

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros: Location is very good - inside Chinatown. Less than 5 mins walk to local stores like Tesco and some Chinese supermarkets. Plenty of bars nearby. It is close to new street station - around 7-min walk. It is good for professionals who need to commute by train. Cons: Bars are sometimes noisy, especially from Thursday to Sunday. Once the big bin near one of the bars downstairs was on fire and attracted the firemen.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Paul and Salih are helpful and patient to our problems. We are glad to have them in our rental period.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don't overrate your tolerance to the noise made by the bars.
