The build is located in a great place, many great transport links along with a plethora of bars and restaurants. The street itself also has a lot of amenities and shops. It's also a very great area in general with friendly people, lots of great sights and green spaces to visit.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Staff are great and have helped with any issues that I have faced.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bring me box makes ordering online really easy and efficient as you can go downstairs to collect your package at any time.

Really lovely place to live! It’s so modern and clean with a range of facilities. The best thing is the rooftop, location and staff, they really go out of their way to help you! The only downside is that because of the central location of the building, you can always hear cars or people on nights out from outside.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they’re always quick and efficient with this.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lack of lighting in some rooms as they don’t face outwards.

Great pubs and shops nearby. Perfect location in city centre. Great view of Union Terrace Gardens. Very high quality restaurants nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually respond within 24 hours to fixing minor issues. Very quick and efficient. Quickest an issue has been fixed within 30 minutes of reporting.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How great the front desk team are. Special mention to Phill for his lovely warm hospitality.

Close to all the bars and pubs as it’s located in the city centre. Within walking distance to public transportation hubs

Excellent service, nice and quick. The fact that everything is on one website is simple to use

Right beside belmont street for the pubs and right beside the union street for the buses. It is also on the door stop of bon accord shopping centre
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
chris and brad came and fixed our broken door very quickly

the building is great their is nothing i would change
