in 3 minutes outside the building you can find everything you need. Shopping, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a beautiful square next to the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everyone is very helpful and attentive, if you have any problems they solve it for you quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have nothing to say, everything was wonderful!!!!!

Very convenient for all above I cannot complain. I personally feel they help tenants to ease payments when they have stayed with them for over a year as those paying lump some once.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpful and fast response noted. I only wish you had a parking space for your residence that would have been very handy.

That the buildings are just very smart, convenient and easy access to all sites in town. It has very friendly and helpful workers who go beyond a mile to help.

The location of Dandara Living couldn't be better. Nestled in the heart of Aberdeen, it's just a short walk to a plethora of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Public transport links are easily accessible, making commuting a breeze. Despite its central location, the community feels like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The local area boasts an impressive variety of shops, from charming boutiques to well-known retailers, ensuring all your shopping needs are met. Restaurants and bars are plentiful and diverse, offering everything from fine dining to casual eateries and lively pubs. This vibrant mix makes dining out or grabbing a drink an exciting experience every time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are very quick in responding to any issues I may have and are resolved rather abruptly

I could not think of something I had wish I had known before I moved into my apartment

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are quite a number of local shops, restaurants and bars around which is good because one would not have to travel a long distance to buy groceries or grab a bite with friends. When one has to take a bus, it’s easy as there are multiple bus stops few minutes away. There is a parking garage for residents, I hardly hear any noise when the bins are collected and closing my windows blocks out traffic noise or people showcasing anti social behaviour on the streets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and they are always super helpful and ready to help.

I wish I viewed the property in person before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient and the transport links are excellent. The noise from the pub and nightclub next door can be extremely loud at the weekend and even during the week. Due to me being at the opposite side of the building from the road there is minimal traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded promptly to any problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that you had to book some of the amenities as it can be difficult to reserve a slot, especially in the student period. If you wish to use the club room you have to book this at least two weeks in advance.
