Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Walking distance to Central/Queen Station and the subway. Shared security with the Barclay campus is great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is helpful and responsive. The maintenance request through the online portal is simple. I appreciate that they have an inspection done before move-out day so I know if the inventory condition is good enough.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bin room - too many residents, so it's hard to have everyone keep the bin room tidy. I know the mgmt team had put in a lot of time to make it look better.

Clean, convenient and comfortable living environment!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've been living here for two months now. Everything here is very comfortable. Twenty-four hour clean gym and very cozy public spaces. The nearby supermarket is also only about a 10 minute walk. Although I don't have any pets of my own, the pet-friendly policies and large green areas here are very other delightful. People and pets can live well here! The garbage room here is also very convenient, you only need to take the elevator to the negative floor to dispose of household garbage.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A short while after moving in, I accidentally lost my room card. Fiona at the reception was the first to help me get a new card and taught me how to set up my e-card. This was very helpful to me!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish there could have been more information about the apartment amenities, like the gym, common areas and neighborhood supermarkets more prior to moving in.

I love living here!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have lots of bars and restaurants and some night clubs around the corner. The city center is in walking distance and just 10-15 minutes away. Lidl and Tesco are in walking distance as well. We have a car park wich I don‘t need because I can walk everywhere I want (city center&westend). There is one bin on the street which doesn‘t get collected so there is some litter around this part of the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They fixed the problem right away and made sure I was satisfied.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the events were so amazing! I got to know so many neighbors.
