I’ve been living in the flat now for 2 months and I am happy with the street, it is in very close walking distance to train stations and shops. It’s very quiet and I haven’t had any noise issues since being here. It’s been great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any questions I’ve had they have been very helpful

I got everything I needed from the viewing before I moved in

It’s great being close to the river and plenty of amenities and transport links. It is surprisingly quiet at all times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive and supportive. There are always staff available at the front desk who are ready to listen carefully and record concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We have just been surprised by all the extras that come as standard. Our only regret is that we have not been able to park our car here.

Great place to stay! I love the surroundings and amenities. Most Important free wifi The rooms are very bright and cosy. People are very cooperative. Very Recommended to Stay here

Very prompt response. People are very cooperative.

People are very nice here. Good to stay for a long term

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here has its ups and downs. There are fewer convenient shops nearby, the nearest Lidl is 17 mins, which is decent. The transport links are very convenient, especially the bus. However, the bins are always full.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I emailed the management team regarding the direct debit issue and they responded instantly

The frequency of bins collection and the availability of local shops.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links not too bad, is a nice 15 min walk into Central especially on sunny days, coming from living in south side one criticism I would make is that there aren’t any useful shops or bars nearby but not really a major issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t raised any issues so far yet, but there’s plenty of staff around so I’m sure it would be fairly easy to get in touch and raise any issues.

More useful storage space needed in kitchen area, otherwise great place to live
