A modern, well designed take on apartment living.

From our very first point of contact, it was clear that the staff were warm, helpful and solutions orientated. The creativity and consideration that has gone into the facilities is evident in every aspect of the building. There is such effort to anticipate tenants’ needs but also to offer more than expected. The building is designed to encourage community connection in an unforced way. The central courtyard feels miles away from city life and we especially appreciate that our dogs are welcome. All in all, this is a very pleasant, modern and convenient place to life. Thank you!

It’s great being close to the river and plenty of amenities and transport links. It is surprisingly quiet at all times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive and supportive. There are always staff available at the front desk who are ready to listen carefully and record concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We have just been surprised by all the extras that come as standard. Our only regret is that we have not been able to park our car here.

Comfortable and convenient place to live!

The amenities are great onsite, especially gym on top floor with nice views. The onsite team is helpful and responsive. The parking space is a bit limited onsite so need to park next to the building which is few minutes walk away. Other residents seem nice and friendly here too.

The building is close to station so it’s good for commuting to a different city. It’s not right next to high street or city centre so it’s not too noisy in evening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception staff always quickly response to my questions and maintain staff is very good!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I found it a bit expensive before booking but I think with amenities and modern design of the apartment and space, it is worth the money.

The amenities on-site are great! Especially with gym being on top floor and a lovely private dining room. There are terraces on-site but since weather has not been great, couldn’t really use the terrace. The apartment is well designed and tiled bathroom.

Close to the Moor market, Waitrose and Light cinema. There is a small brook next to the building which is nice to walk the dog.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The on-site team is very responsive to my enquirers and questions from viewing to move in.

The electric bill could be a bit high in winter with electric heaters.

Everything is as you would imagine. Excellent facilities and a great taste in regard to the design of the interior and the overall layout. The onsite team is always helpful and seek to resolve issues swiftly. Maintenance staff are polite and unobtrusive.

Great location, close to railway station and the city centre. Great little local bar a block away with a few other nightlife venues and some nice little cafés further along the road.

Staff and management are always efficient and friendly.

The site has a phone app which can act as an alternative to entry if I forget my keyfob, which happens to be a regular occurrence.

Building Layout is good. Facilities provided are good. Location is nice. Building and Property Management could be improved. Currently taking over a month to resolve issues. For the price we’re paying - this is unacceptable. Street parking could be brighter.

Ideal ‘central’ location. 5 Mins Walk to Old Town 5 Mins Walk to New Town 10 Mins Walk to Train Station Plenty of Parking Bays for Residents (Paid) Only downside is that the flat is roadside so it’s very noisy especially if the windows are open…

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. But there are still numerous items unresolved…

Wish I knew how hot it gets in the flat during summer. Traffic noise does not help either…
