I just moved to crawley from London, I live with my work colleague who has been here a year now. We absolutely love platform_ It looks brand new. It is so close to town and everything is walking distance. I don't need a car! I can definitely say Crawley is by far the best compared to London. I don't like such a busy city with the prices ridiculously high. Its definitely worth the money.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge are so friendly and that is what we like. We can always stop over for a conversation.

Nothing - I was informed about everything before I moved in. I am a very simple person with not many demands so I have no issues here whatsoever.

Living at Platform Cardiff has been a great experience overall. The location is ideal, with a range of local shops, restaurants, and bars all within easy walking distance. The quality and variety are impressive, especially for dining options, making it easy to enjoy a night out without going far. Transport is incredibly convenient, with train and bus stations nearby, which makes commuting a breeze.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t experienced any major issues, and any minor concerns we had were resolved immediately. The management is proactive with regular maintenance and repairs throughout the building—covering essentials like windows, locks, lights, and boilers—and always keeps us informed ahead of time via email. Their attention to detail and responsiveness have made living here worry-free and very comfortable.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how much of a difference good management can make. Their attentiveness creates a stress-free living environment, and the social events they organise really help you connect with others. This has been invaluable in easing the transition to a new city. It’s a fantastic way to meet people and build a sense of community right from the start!

Good - close to town/work/restaurants Bad - no big supermarket very close, not ideal when no parking

Great - attentive. They do what they can to assist with issues generally.

Although the amenities are free and included in your rent, not easy to get access to

It’s almost in city center with excellent quit place I like the quietness in the area also he location is splendid the view of the best it I ask for a higher floor I couldn’t get

They are nice and very very friendly they make feel home

In door Swimming pool a weekly news letter WhatsApp group or any social media apps for the residents

The apartment is lovely, however the placement of the sockets is not thought out, nor is the placement of radiators. Bin collection are not perfect, but the wonderful staff are trying to resolve this. They are also trying to find the best way to share the communal areas better. Overall the apartment complex is lovely, great location and very clean. The parking is very overpriced, and there is no where near enough spaces. There are really good links to public transport however.

Very well, they have been extremely helpful when we have needed anything.

I wish I knew how difficult it was to actually get a booking for the communal spaces.
