Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything from the building (including the amenities), the apartments, and the local area are fantastic! As a new tenant, my apartment is already feeling like home. Everything feels luxurious - from the furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, rainfall shower - it’s all incredible!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As yet I haven’t raised any issues, but I have full confidence that they would be sorted promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The local area is great, and not being from Glasgow I probably didn’t fully appreciate just what a fantastic location the building is in. Ross in particular has been wonderful in answering my queries regarding shopping etc, and is always on hand to offer help.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very well situated with close links to both the City Centre and West End. Despite being close to Sauchiehall Street, there is very little noise or disturbance. Close links to shops, bars, restaurants and general amenities. Close links for public and private transport. Very pleased overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whilst I haven't had any issues, I had requested support from the maintenance team to put some TVs on to the walls and this was sorted promptly, with excellent attention to detail.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish it had opened sooner! Having viewed a number of comparable developments and lived in one other, Moda is by far the best BTR development in Glasgow.

MODA Holland Park is placed in a wonderful spot, close to loads of neat eateries, cool pubs, and live music.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and with generous efficiency. It's saying here my answer is too short, however more words need not be typed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish there could be a designated smoking area on the roof, where one or perhaps even two might share a cigarette over a Glasgow sunset.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good walking distance from various types of shops (clothing, groceries, home stores etc) and a good walking distance from various transport links. If you find yourself travelling a lot then the international airport is also a 10 minute drive away. There's a fair amount of construction nearby but very little noise disturbance once in the apartments. The city centre is quite close by but far away enough that the street is quiet day and night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any issues so far but all correspondences I've had with the management has been pleasant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There's a variety of community events you can sign up to meet your neighbours and make friends so you don't need to worry about feeling isolated in a big building!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

MODA Holland Park is situated in a fantastic position a few steps away from fantastic eateries, bars, nightclubs and food and clothes shopping. Transport links are ideal with Charing Cross a few minutes away and Cowcaddens subway a 10 minute walk, loads of bus stops nearby. The buildings are so well constructed there is no street noise at night once windows are closed. It feels a really safe neighbourhood and despite being in the heart of the city green space isn’t far away with the many parks Glasgow has to offer. Fantastic neighbourhood to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had any issues to raise as everything has been in full working order and have had no issues otherwise to raise

Holland Park is an instant community with the events that are put on and access to an on site gym, cinema, events etc. It will feel like home from move in day
