Development is recently constructed so no moles and nothing even team does inventory check in before handing over the apartment and if anything is faulty they do repairs and then give it to you.You would find everything perfect here. Thanks for wonderful place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I would say it is the best place to stay in that to in City Center with all the amenities and to do socialize. Traffic noise is not even much but you can see a beautiful view outside balcony.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I was responded to all the queries raised immediately. Mr Abu also helped on the day we came here for the stay. Mattress was missing so when informed Mr Kishore he Immediately arranged to get the new one.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wasn’t aware about the social practices followed so nicely. I was told that they arrange get to get hers which I thought it is just for sake of doing it but it was actually meant and followed.

The building itself has no problem overall and my only concern is the air flow between apartments. I can smell my neighbours cooking since their kitchen is right next to my bedroom. Oily smell is not nice for my beddings and clothes. The corridor has a strong smell when people cook too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic facilities, design, maintenance team and location, good for professionals living and work in city centre. Service team - Abdul has been the best receptionist ever during my two years stay. The recent new management team is not as good as the previous one, lacking friendly customer service skills and don't take their jobs seriously. This has been said by many loyal residents and it also part of the reason why I'm leaving.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Efficiently fixed any problems I had and satisfied with the maintenance team led by Abdul.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Speak to the receptionists first and see how you get on with them.

Well looked after and well maintained. In particular the Concierge are available 24 hours and are always helpful. In particular Abdul is accommodating and responsive. The gym is an added bonus and is also well equipped and regularly cleaned. The reception area is nicely furnished and is available for private bookings.

Most likely the best location in town. Next to the Mailbox and Crowne Plaza. With in walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is always helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The fridge is small but this doesn’t bother me much.

Good location and easy access to others places like Restaurants, Cinemas or any Leisure place that we wish to go. The Apartment design is great for one or two people. However, the Fridge is too small and the person who created the design didn’t think about the oven next to the fridge. In my opinion is not good at all.

Excellent location and easy to go shopping and others places in the City area, easy to use the Public Transport to different places that we need to go.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the time was faster, I understand they are busy with their duties and they need to plan everything a day before.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Few things about the (kitchen) design, like oven next to the Fridge and big dishwasher that is waste of space (for me)

The building is sleak and very well built. Building management was quick to respond with any issues and repairs. The concierge staff is always hospitable and friendly. The monthly entertainment features and gatherings were a great addition. I especially liked the pumpkin carving day on Halloween.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Aston Place brought many perks. It’s central location made it easy for transport and for access to the different shops etc in just 5- 10 mins walking distance. Secure parking is available if you want.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Same or next day response with the issue being addressed in 2-3 days latest if it required a new part. It

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My apartment was a bit cold even during summer requiring me to use the central system at times. Thankfully the energy efficiency of the building meant my bills didn’t suffer.
