Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

3 minute walk to tesco and 10 minutes to the train station and trinity shopping centre etc. I waited 4 weeks on the parking waiting list and got a space underground, £125 pcm for a space is reasonable considering the parking accords the street is £150 and uncovered

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My washing machine was faulty and they fixed it within a day, shout-out to Jim!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That Crown Point shopping park is only 10 mins walk away if you cut through the business park, this has been great to walk to M&S food hall

Less than 10 minutes walk to train station and city centre plus lots of local bars and shops even closer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Replaced broken mirror and hob very quickly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Fridge freezer space is quite small so would be a struggle for more than 2 people.

Very convenient location- 5 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk into the city centre where there are lots of shops and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the time they are good but can sometimes be a bit slow with repairs

Buy a parking space as it’s very rare to get a space on the street

The location is really great. Close to the city center without the noise. Some shops and bars nearby and the Crown Point « shopping center » is really convenient. The area is really quiet with good transport links as well (train station, bus stops)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had major issues only a minor one that was resolved within 2 hours.

I wish we could ask furniture to be removed as it was advertised that way

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bad - choice of small shops isn’t much, just Tesco which is over priced. No bars/pubs close, so have to walk into town. The area on a night feels unsafe. Good - close to crown point Easier access to motor way / train station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always get a fast response when logging an issue and then issue is sorted out

Limited plug sockets No option to change sofa to a larger one
