The building is very welcoming and warm with a sense of community and mutual respect. The staff are really making effort to make this place as comforting as possible. I really appreciate the effort they put in in organising events. Ofelia stands out to me because of how approachable she is is and how open she is to organising events that fits the Lark’s community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

M&S is a 6 min walk away and Waitrose is a 5 min walk. I prefer M&S because of the vibes. The tube is in close proximity as well as any bus neeeded. It’s quite and clean, almost makes you improve your lifestyle and start being more active. Battersea park is a 10 min walk! Really nice!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues are quickly dealt with and everything is well organised and more importantly communicated to the residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would add more emphasis on the events that go on in the building as hat really creates the sense of community.

Really nice design and facilities. It’s perfect for what we needed. It’s dog friendly and the staff and everyone we’ve met are great. The working space is handy and the gym and cinema are great amenities to have. We are glad we moved in! Would recommend.

Great area, lots to do and very dog friendly! Some construction in the distance but it doesn’t bother us at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have something that needs fixing so I logged a maintenance request

Outstanding management and amenities make living here a pleasure

Management here is brilliant. They are easy to contact through the online resident portal or email, and they respond to every issue or inquiry super quickly—usually within 20 minutes. They truly go above and beyond to help residents. Security is excellent, with 24/7 presence at the doors, ensuring a safe environment. There's a great team that collects parcels during the day, and a secure locker system for smaller packages. The co-working space is fantastic and a game-changer for those working from home. The maintenance team is available weekly, and if you inform management about an issue, they ensure the maintenance team visits on their scheduled day. Regarding utilities, residents have direct accounts with the utility suppliers. While most issues need to be resolved by the suppliers, management has been helpful whenever possible. Overall, the combination of outstanding management, reliable security, convenient parcel handling, an excellent co-working space, and a responsive maintenance team makes living here a pleasure.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

With Battersea Power Station so close, the range and quality of shops, restaurants and bars is EXCEPTIONAL. Transport is super easy, with the northern line connecting to so many parts of London. Traffic noise is minimal, as the building isn't directly on the main road but a bit further back. There's parking available through The Lark, but on-street residence permit parking is not available. Bins are super easy with a huge bin storage room on the ground floor.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management have responded quickly and with an answer. For example, I requested a table be removed from the apartment. They responded within half an hour and let me know a date someone would be available on site to remove it from the apartment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there isn't on-street residence permit parking available. However, there IS parking available underground the building.

Amentities are great. Location is amazing, highly recommend. Would recommend the development to a friend. Best location for pets. Lovely and helpful staff. Events are entertaining and help the development feel like home. No noise after 11:30 helps with a great sleeping pattern.

The events are amazing , very good for meeting new people. Location is amazing and everyone seems super nice.

We have had no issues yet, hopefully won’t ever.

The lark is big on the little things ?

The gym could be better. The people are perfect. SHOUTOUT TO OPHELIA - WHAT A STAR. The whole team makes people feel like they belong and that they’re heard which means more than anything. It’s a perfect place to live, work and everything in between. The events make my ephedra happy.

Honestly, adding the occasional hot water issues (which is in no way under the the building staff’s control), I’ve fallen in love with this establishment. It truly feels like home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very diligently. All we need to do is make them aware.

The gym definitely needs mirrors to start with. And more equipment.
