There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good transport links and local amnesties. The bins could have been better but that is a council issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The lettings team are A*, jill keisha and megan have been helpful and accommodating.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything important but it is close to the canal which is good for walking into the city.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is very close to local shops, restaurants and bars. The Cornbrook tram station is less than 5minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had issues with my bathroom sink which were sorted straightaway.

Great stuff. The staff are very friendly, especially Muneeb.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything needed is nearby, shops and a bar down the road. Sociable atmosphere, always able to chat with people around the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had many issues but when we have the team have been very quick.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I would criticise is that recycling cardboard in the bin store can be a bit of a struggle as the recycling bins get very full. Something that's always great is the parcel storage system feels secure.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Trilogy is in a great location, very close to Cornbrook tram link. Very accessible to get into the city centre. The parking is very secure within the premises with a fob to access it. Overall even though this place is next to a busy road, the windows block out the noise very well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance issues have always being responded to within reasonable time.

The different types of events which are held every month. Brings a sense of community within the building
