The staff are like a family

The staff are like a family, so polite and helpful and willing to support the residents in anyway they can. Always smiling. They keep the building nice and clean and has a lovely home feel to it. If there are any issues then they will resolve the problems. The night staff are lovely, despite working all night are always happy and polite.

There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

Very modern, lovely facilities. We enjoy the gym and the coffee machine and the outside space, especially when there are activities on e.g. yoga. The weekly events that are organised have allowed us to meet our neighbours and make friends! The staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful (especially Funmi and Muneeb).

Very close to town, shops near by and the tram stop is only about 1 minute away so it is perfect for getting to work etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building responded very quickly via the app and arranged for someone to come check out the problem within the next working day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The hot water tank for the shower is small and we expected there to be an electric shower rather than a water tank. We have since figured out how to work the water tank!

The flat is very spacious and modern, bright with new furniture. The communal areas are kept incredibly clean. Very welcoming and friendly management and staff. Gym and coffee machine are great perks, especially when working from home. Events organised are always well run and fun. Funmi, Muneeb, Lyssell and Lottie are all super friendly and make us feel at home.

Very close to city centre, close to tram stop for commuting, nearby shops useful. Nice canals and pubs close by. Feels very safe and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We reported one issue shortly after moving in and the response was very quick and had it looked at the next working day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We didn’t realise the variety of events, which have been a great perk and allows us to socialise.

The Trilogy is a great place to live. The staff and residents are very friendly, welcoming and it’s safe and easy to get to. Being so close to the city centre and the tram stop is an added bonus! Getting deliveries and having visitors is a really seamless experience and the best I’ve come across for a managed residence.

Castlefield is a really nice area with a close proximity to Manchester City centre. There are lots of nice walks, good pubs and plenty of things to do nearby!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been really excellent when it comes to resolving issues or handling any problems that arise!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think knowing how close we are to the tram stop would have made us move in quicker!

The building is very clean and well designed and connected for convenience. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The building management is wonderful and helpful always available 24/7. The property is well managed with regular maintenance and upgrades

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have a co-op and Tesco express which are very helpful for quick shopping. Cornbrook tram stop is only three minutes away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the building. The bins are collected in time and the street is clean and tidy with no cases of antisocial behaviour. The apartment is soundproof not unless you open the windows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I submitted a repair request. My requests was acknowledged and a plumber was sent to check out the issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The place is just perfect . The building has regular events monthly. At least 4 per month.
