The design of the development is minimal and modern. I like the colour scheme of my flat. The only thing I would change is the glass in the kitchen cupboards because I don’t like that you can see into the cupboards. Overall, the design is very pleasing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is right in the middle of town but very quiet. Shops, bars, restaurants, parks and gyms are all within walking distance. The train station is 15 mins walk away. Parking isn’t readily available for people without a parking spot, which is an issue. There are no issues with bin collection and anti-social behaviour that I’m aware of.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The after sales support has been outstanding and the attention to detail is incredible. Communication is prompt and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking situation isn’t ideal, but it’s possible to work around it. I was aware that there’d be no on-site parking, however.

A lovely place to live

Fabulous development, beautifully designed with great appliances and lots of storage. The roof terrace is a lovely feature and provides additional outside space. The sales team are wonderful and quick to action any queries or concerns and were lovely to deal with throughout the purchase process.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent provision of shops and amenities. Close to mainline train station with regular trains to London. Parking is limited with no visitor parking available on the development - there are a few car parks fairly close which can be used but this is the only downside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management and customer care are super quick to respond to and action any queries or concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would really recommend purchasing a parking space if you can, even if it doesn’t come as standard with the property.

Design is lovely and the roof garden is very cool and will be great in the summer months The building is always clean and the communal areas are very well laid out and feels luxurious. In addition to this apartments feel spacious and have been very well designed.

Horsham is great, lots to do and the development is very central. However parking isn’t great and there are only limited spaces for 2 bed flats which is Frustrating.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great response. Put a plan in place to sort out all issues which was great

No really, the sales team were very helpful and would accommodate multiple viewings

The design of the Paperyard is beautiful. Every aspect has been very well thought through and there has been excellent management throughout. The Whole experience has been so quick and smooth end there is always someone around to help. I have felt very well looked after on my Paperyard ownership journey.

The Paperyard is located in the perfect part of the town. There are many local shops, cafe’s and restaurants and the town feels vibrant and busy. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away, very convenient and a safe walk. The traffic noise can hardly be heard from the apartment block. It is a perfect place to live in a town!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes/ had issues with cooker and received help straight away

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No air conditioning is an issue!! But easily resolved by having fans! Maybe something to think about for next development? The corridors are very hot!

I was looking for a modern well built property which could be a home for the short/medium term and a rental at some point in the future. The property is finished to a high standard. The Costumer care received throughout the process has been excellent. Amanda, who I dealt with throughout the purchase was particularly outstanding, and made the purchase of my first property smooth and enjoyable experience. She was always available to answer my endless list of queries.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I was looking for a modern property in the centre of Horsham within walking distance of everything I need. Most of the places I use on a day to day basis are literal steps from the front entrance. The train station, which is the furthest place that I use regularly, is a simple relaxed 15 minute walk. I'd recommend the location to anyone who likes not having to drive unnecessarily. Perfect for enjoying Horsham's growing bar life.

Car parking spaces are a little tight.

What is the best feature of your home:

The property gives the real impression that it was built so that the occupant can enjoy their living experience.
