Good!

Building management was okay, we struggled during covid as the time frame did change quite a bit through out the development of covid. However the facilities are good and I cannot complain at all! I think the design of the home is good to, it’sa perfect First time buyers dream.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good, great connection to pubs, shops, and cafes. Cranleigh is always developing so it’s exciting to see what will pop up at the village

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems with the house have been raised but they haven’t been dealt with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about stair casing to purchase more percentage of my home

The building has lovely facilities, I’m super impressed with how the house looks and been decorated nicely. Property management could be better but I purchased my home during lock down. We were meant to move in Jan 2020, just ended up moving in June 2020

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops and restaurants near Cranleigh are amazing. I love the area we live in. The only problem I can comment on is the parking. There isn’t enough guest/visitor parking. We have enough spaces for our cars but neighbours appear to spill over and park their cars on the road which is frustrating.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No, we are stilling waiting for repairs after 3 years. Still chasing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check over everything at the viewing. Make sure you are on top of repairs.

I could not complain about the design, the facilities were better than we were expecting, the management was good, during covid is was hard because of the uncertainty about completion to move in. We love the floor plan of the house and found it’s the best two bed house on the market.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good- walking distance to the village, shops are close by, good bus connections, cranleigh is a beautiful place to live. Bad- parking can be difficult!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded quickly when called. However the snags picked up on the 1 year Mark have not been resolved and unsure when they will be fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Take your time viewing and ask questions about your property

So much to love here

Cranleigh Grange is a small development away from the several large and busy ones. We are close to town and away from busy roads. It's simple with brick faced houses and no enormous houses. It's a decent place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cranleigh village is a unique place with all the attributes of a village plus the shops and facilities of a much bigger town. We have a delightful green and cricket pitch venue, rural environment and the Downs Link national path and Duty villages around. Plus 3 decent supermarkets, 2 private department stores, loads of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops, and many local shops. We have an Arts centre too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great to start with. A little slower now and we haven't been handed to an managing agent yet after 9 months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's annoying that the visitors parking specifically for this block of flats is unmarked and all and sundry like parking here. We've had no help managing this situation.

All OK, but could do with the roads being finished

All OK, but could do with the roads being finished and I have a given parking space but it is not identified with my Flat number. Building works are ongoing but not really a problem. The properties are a good size for an individual in my circumstances.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not enough bus services at the weekend. Otherwise no problems.
