Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is perfect! Outside your front door is access to all the shops, nightlife, restaurants you could wish for. The train station is a 2 minute walk away! The parking in Woking is the only annoying factor. There is zero free parking and, unless you buy an annual permit, it costs £15 a day!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Punctual, polite, and efficient. Communication is excellent, we are kept in the loop regarding all building maintenance works (bin chute, lift servicing, recycling, etc.)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking - it is a tricky one, and super expensive. Do you research. Other than that, absolutely everything is perfect and we are very happy here.

Woking is very much a commuter town, lots of people coming and going. Overall it’s a good place to live but there isn’t much to do in the town centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have some issues at the very start but they were dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known the difficulty of finding adequate parking.

Great location. Can walk to shops and restaurants. Train station is close by - 24 minutes on a fast train and you're in London

Very quick to respond and resolve issues. Pleasure to work with.

Incredibly well situated, trains to London in 25 minutes, bus to Heathrow in 35 minutes. Excellent shopping, restaurants, cinema and theatre in the doorstep.

All issues have been dealt with promptly and cheerfully.

The coworking space is much more valuable than I thought it would be.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Marches is in a very convenient location. Just a couple of minutes to the supermarket, train station (with trains to Waterloo in less than half an hour) and and shopping centre. There is a nice range of independent restaurants in walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The team (Tomas, Ashleigh and Yazmine in particular) have gone out of their way to help us with our move, for which we are very grateful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The flats are very warm - we have never used our heating!
