Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The facilities are good and mostly secure. There has been issues with the doors not locking and not opening when the key fob is used. The lifts were also broken for a long time. The flats are quiet and very bright and great location wise for getting into town

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not that I know of but when we needed things fixed they were quick to try help

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The price of parking in the building is £100 extra a month

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is new and design is modern. Apartment is spacious however my apartment is on the lower floor and it's quite noisy from the traffic and there is some bird problems (the building opposite is empty and the birds have taken over and they are noisy!). Gym is small and simply and usually empty.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had one terrible incident with them and their manner of responding was horrible (blaming me and finger pointing and not taking any responsibility/offer any help)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartment being on the lower floor is noisy and depending on which apartment, you may not get enough light coming in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not in the city centre, but still convenient, with a few small shops nearby and Lidl supermarket within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception was very responsive, staff was friendly when I was there

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The utility bills are rather high and only wifi is free...other than that, quite a pleasant stay.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartments are so close to the city centre, its one of the closest apartment blocks. Train station is a 15 minute walk and bus stops everywhere. Of course with city centre living comes some down sides - it can get a bit noisy especially on match days or friday/Saturday nights. Theft is an issue - our bike sheds have been broken into multiple times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but not always instantly. We've been esiting on a new freezer for6 months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No break clauses are offered in the contract and th company do not seem open to negotiation! This makes it hard to move from the apartments on to the property ladder /move elsewhere because you're tied in for 12 months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brilliant location right next to high street and easy access out of the city. Great for proffesional workers and families alike.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues gave been dealt with almost immediately and in satisfactory timing.

Management team throws lots of resident event which are very appreciated and we'll liked.
