The flat was beautiful design however did feel like property management did let it down

The flat was beautiful design however did feel like property management did let it down as lifts were always out of order and done nothing to stop dogs/dog owners from letting the dogs use the common garden as their own toilet/play area. However since moving out i have seen the common garden has improved

Lovely flats

We did love living at bow square, it was our perfect little flat. The only thing that annoyed us was the lifts were forever out of order! However reasonable walking distance to everything and bus stops always near by and train station is only 20 min walk away.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

5 min walk to the high street and to Oxford street. Starbucks right next to the water and ferry boat to the Isle of Wight which is again only 5ish min walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did not raise any concerns to building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I knew about the lifts always being out of order, would’ve looked for a flat closer to ground floor.

Great experience

I had a great experience living here, any issues were dealt with pretty promptly, the facilities were all kept and maintained, property management was attentive, and it was all a great location. The private garden was a really nice a calming space, some more privacy from the side street parallel to it would have been nice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location within the centre of town with loads of choice of bars and restaurants either on the main high street or close by on Oxford Street. Good access to public transport nearby, car noise can be a slight issue from the occasional wannabe racer in the streets but the insulation is pretty good so general road noise is minimal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Was able to email/report any internal maintenance issues and they were dealt with quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There wasn’t anything that popped up that I’d wish I’d known, expectations were set appropriately and was well informed by the sales team

I wish it has working spaces for students even if it is divided into smaller area. This will save our time going the whole way to the university library to have a place for studying. I wish there is flats with three rooms, we can have this extra room either for studying or playing and put laundry

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location, close to bus stops, shops and primary school. It has a gym The management takes care of maintenance, security, the convenient of the residents, arrange for community gathering during Christmas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The door chain was broken and it was replaced the next day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You will be happy and secured as the building has a great staff and lots of facilities

Great place to live

Building is fairly new, apartments are well looked after with maintenance available. Heating in the winter, apartments don't hold heat, which is waste of electricity, but that's issue in most houses and building in UK. Facilities are ok, with gym, outdoor area, gathering area and study areas available, also with ongoing improvements. Property management is doing very well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is great, in the city center, close to all shops and amenities. Close to all Public transport, Universities. Train station is 20 min walk. With Uber being available within 3-5 min of booking. I'm facing communal area so noise is not an issues. Private secured underground parking is available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are responding via app or emails, or we can talk to them directly. All issues are attended and sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Live in the main Bridge Court and face the communal area, not the street which can get noisy with traffic.
