I think it will be a beautiful place.

There is clearly no property management put in place yet, or landscape gardening (as per my comments above). Residents parking is also an issue by the main entrance into the state next to the Crest Nicholson show homes. Residents are parking on the road where it is not wide enough for 2 cars and it is also a bend in the road so creates a dangerous blind spot. There also needs to be something done with the entrance on Graveney Road because this is quite a busy road (that people sadly speed on) and is a bad blind corner that will one day cause an accident. However, all of the being said I do look forward to when the estate is completed because I think it will be a beautiful place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think this estate will be a beautiful place when it is finished. I think that they need to pay attention the areas where people are living right now. For example the 'lake' area needs attention. They also need to put road signs in for Goldfinch Drive. The builders that park on the estate are quite a pain as they take up the space on all of the roads. The location of the estate is perfect, small stroll and your in town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Clarion are a nightmare to get hold of and after raising multiple complaints I still have not had certain issues actioned after a year of loving here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how long the whole development would take. I thought it would be complete after 1 year of moving in.

The design of the house is open planned layout and the flow throughout the house is perfect with good sized rooms. The building management company are incredibly responsive and supportive although some snags continue to remain

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very nice and is in a good location in relation to proximity of local shops and the train station as well as links to the motorway

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There are still carpentry snags remaining on house

The design and layout of the Kingsmead development feels quite well thought out, planned and executed.

The design and layout of the Kingsmead development feels quite well thought out, planned and executed. I am looking forward to the sports/cricket ground being finished as it will add to the green, open space. The building and property management has been attentive and accessible, and the site team are friendly and willing to help where possible. I was disappointed that the development is subject to an annual fee for upkeep and management, however.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is within easy walking distance of Faversham town centre, the Creek and a range of restaurants and pubs, of good quality - especially for a small market town. Public transport by train is good though buses can be a little less convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They encouraged highlighting of any issue upon moving in and were quick to respond to most outstanding (and minimal, in my property's case) issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had gotten some more tips about local tradespeople, e.g. for blinds, garden landscaping, etc.

Good value for money

The property management are very quick to help and to sort out any problems that may arise. They have gone out their way to help us and make sure that we are comfortable and settled in our new home. There could be more available facilities on site but with town being so close there is not much missing. The design of the property is perfect for us and against other new builds was spacious for its price. The design of the area, is nice but feels like a mismatch of house with looks of designs to suit different people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Restaurants are in walking distance and so is the town. There is good access to open spaces. The street could do with more visitor bays. The area itself could do with more takeaway delivery’s.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to respond always helpful and nothing was too out of there way.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Our wardrobe was not going to be in the property when we moved in. Insight into the neighbours parking arrangements.

Livable place to live

The design it self is OK. However the bedrooms and front room can not move anything about as would need to spend money on a electrician. Building management. Not sure what they do. I have still ongoing problems that has been left.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice estate. Problems are my house is next to tree bush why they did not just fence it. I don't know as keeps over growing in my garden. Parking is a night mare. No numbered or line spaces. I've been blocked in my own space before. Just not good enough.bin collections always leave a mess. Have been reported. Still have problems that no one has contacted me about. Would not recommend to anyone.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some have been fixed but other stuff has been left
