my only issue is how small our garden is, otherwise I'm happy with the house design. In regards to the property management I don't have many negative thoughts apart of the cost of the management, we pay really high bills. There is a gym available which is handy as its on the estate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

good connection to London, peaceful atmosphere. Close to Cinema, restaurants and sport facilities, good school on the state

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes, we had to report few issues and help was always available

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish all the blue prints were available for us, specially in regards to the garden size

The design is beautiful and facilities such as double parking space and gym is a great idea! It is great to be able to go for a walk around the lake and see the nature. My balcony overlooking the lake which is great during summer time when I want to relax and read a book!

I really enjoy living in this area. It is very quiet which helps me to relax during my days off.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded very quickly in regards to internet installation which definitely helped me

The exact location of the gym as I struggled to find it for a few months

I love living here for last 4.5 years, paceful and friendly community. We’re missing any sports facilities like tennis or basketball no mention about swimming pool or running truck. Parking can be an issue sometimes due to not enough parking spaces, not necessary concerning house owners but certainly people in the flats.

Lovely place to live, bit crowded on the newer parts.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rather quickly responces on emails, waiting time for technicians was sometime long.

I wish I knew there were plans to build warehouses nearby.

The development is designed so well, there’s great walking routes and so much greenery. It’s a shame the gym isn’t bigger, considering how many people are on the development but it is still well equipped. The grounds are well looked after, though I’m finding through the years the private roads tend to be ignored and those living here need to tend to those themselves otherwise they get too overgrown but the actual greenery and trees around the main communal parts of the development are well looked after.

Our road is really quiet, and we have lovely neighbours so no complaints on that front! However, the range of shops locally aren’t too great but the area does seem to be getting more quaint cafes and salons which is great to see.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have not had the time to contact the building management to praise this issue.

Whilst we are not affected directly, there is a lack of parking spaces.

Beautiful setting. Lovely neighbours. Always feel safe. Great community. Parking is an issue but doesn’t particularly affect us too much. Love the local on site school, although it’s hard to get into due to limited spaces. On site nursery leaves a lot to be desired by all accounts.

Beautiful countryside, lacks a decent local (walkable) pub. Snodland facilities in terms of shops/hairdresser/take aways now bad. Overall love living here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had any personally but they have a terrible reputation so I don’t have much faith in them if I did need them!

Nothing…knew the area well before moving as always been local!
