My overall impression of the area is positive, I find it to be a nice and quiet neighbourhood.

My overall impression of the area is positive, I find it to be a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The size of the rooms is just ideal although I could say that sound insulation is poor in between the rooms.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the area as it is very cloee to the shops and train station

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew before moving in that the sound insulation of the place is bad.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is that it is nicely laid out in terms of the room and bathroom

Good place for kids

This is a nice place for kids. There is a playground and lots of grassy areas. I dislike that in my building there are a lot of stairs, It would be helpful if there was a lift. Also, the walls are very thin. I though because it was a new build that it would be quiet, but I can hear other tenants up and down stairs. My landlord is very quick at solving issues. However, there is a rat problem in the development that no one can seem to fix. They always find a way in. There is a major issue with cars driving down the private road like it’s a highway, you have to be vigilant about the cars at all times as my kids playing like playing in the playground in which they have to cross the road to get to. There is a school very close by, a 2 minute wall that is very good if you have children.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I dislike that the shops are all very far away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That I would hear noise from neighbours up stairs.

Good area. never had any security problems. Good management but a bit slow.Someone broke in and took 1 week to fix the locker . Pet friendly . Maintenance is covered by the build management fees we pay each year. High walls and difficult to change bulbs .

You get Tesco over there. Big superstores 5 mins away. very good transport to the train station . plenty of corner shops around

The area is bad and not ideal for kids.

Disgusting living here. Maintenance cuts grass and that's it. If the bina are overloaded with he bin men don't take rubbish. Have to call them to get bins. Size of building is good. Have to be with kids at all times. Slow in repairing things. Close to shops.

Nothing likable. When the hall had party you can't go anywhere because it's blocked. broken glass needles and not safe for kids.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There's a resource centre on the estate. People do drugs there.

Very happy with the price and the community is like a family and we get along. The community hall does activities for the mums and children. The facilities are great and it's a great value for money. Maintenance is great.

My kids like the area because they can play and do activities. Nothing to dislike.
