Great building in an amazing location

This a fairly new, modern building, which means it is incredibly well insulated helping save on gas bills. It is incredibly well located in the heart of Croydon. The concierge is incredibly helpful on any management aspects or issue that might arise, as well as with the deliveries.

Amazing transport links for commuting to central London. Fresh fruit and vegetable market in the doorstep and innumerable shops and supermarkets. Great range of leisure options (e.g. bars, pubs, restaurants, cinema).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The middle wall is quite weak, so no heavy object can be hung in it (e.g. TV)

What is the best feature of your home:

The wide windows that allow plenty of natural light in throughout the day and the balcony that allows us to enjoy sunny weather.

The Design is great and the building has left access, bike storage & concierge. the Flat are all modern inside with great lighting and modcons. The Building is managed well and the building is well maintained by the concierge, cleaners and maintenance workers.

Close to local shops & High street. Great transport links, very close to East and West Croydon. My only dislike is the limited parking for residence.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew they was going building a new apartment across the road as is it very noisy. Building takes place between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

More parking spaces for residence as there is limited parking and I have to park my vehicle in the NCP car park across the road which cost me £100 per calendar month.

The design of the rooms is great and the surrounding area is great with loads of bars and restaurants, it's a great place to live and I would recommend it. The management are great in responding to any issues.

Good location and good quality of apartments . Easy and convenient for local people. Eric who work on reception is get for looking after us and building - he looks after our post and informs us when it has arrived.

Great place to live convenient for shopping and public transport. Some concern about security in evening and unauthorised person entry during night and weekend when reception is un available, Maintenance charges also high

Parking and council permit not available in this area, maintenance charges

Pleased with the stay, buildings great. Inside the apartment is very pleasing. Kitchen is perfect got all i need in. Great quality bathroom. The apartment has a lot of space and in a great area. Only can complain about is parking other than that a great stay.

In a busy area, lots to do around me. Dont dislike anything.

The only thing i would maybe change is the sofa, little to small for me.
