I love living in the Wardian, the property is gorgeous, the facilities and amazing and it is very well connected and safe. The interiors are well finished, in the flat it is cosy and luxurious. In terms of facilities, we boast a gym, a pool, a business centre, a cinema theatre nice bar, meeting rooms facilities and lounge room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Canary Wharf is a great area to live in, it is very well connected, safe, clean and very quiet. You can find any type of food in local restaurants and cafes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I only had a problem with my noisy neighbour that was sorted out by the night concierge promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can not think of anything at the moment. It is really lovely here.

Wardian Towers are unique in London for its esthetic design and quality, facilties and garden terraces that make you have the chance to enjoy green and free outdoor spaces at any unique apartment. Living above a 25th floor, as we do, it provides you with an excellent views and plenty of natural light, besides London weather. After living here for three years, we are very happy about our purchase decision.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Canary Wharf has become a hot spot as residential area in Central London. Excellent public transport (Jubilee line, DLR and Elizabeth line), great commercial offer (3 shopping centres) and local businesses and hospitality variety. If you like a cosmopolitan lifestyle with a diverse nationality background people, and modern residential skyscrapers, this is the place where to live in London.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One exceptional point to mention is the excellent Concierge service awarding residents enjoy (24/7/365), not only because the non-stop service but because of their kindness and professionalism of the staff. We would like to make special mention to Maria and Hristina.

What is the best feature of your home:

The height, views, gardened terrace and construction materials quality. After three years, the apartment looks great and brand new and our plants in the terrace are loving the sunlight orientation so much.

Living here is like living in a 5-star hotel right from the comfort of your home. Although I cannot comment on the service charges or the intricacies of owning a flat, I can vouch for the impeccable services offered. The 24-hour concierge is always at one’s beck and call. Maria, in particular, has been very helpful. Never have I encountered any lapses in service. The post team deserves a special mention. Their service stands out even during the busiest of times. The grand entrance and state-of-the-art facilities are certainly commendable. A standout feature for me is the gym staff, who have not just maintained the space but also fostered a sense of community. The wardian have recently incorporated an honest market, super handy for those times you don’t want to leave the flat. The quality of products in there is top notch. If you want a cool, luxury living experience then this is the place ?

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The downside of living in Canary Wharf is its transient nature. It lacks a strong community vibe due to the rapid pace of life with workers and tourists. It often feels like a concrete jungle. However, there are some parks nearby, and it’s close to the canal and river. Shopping for food is convenient. The immediate area around the Wardian could use some sprucing up for my taste, but it offers easy access to transportation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d spent a few days around the area before moving in, I was sold by the large Wardian balconies. Hard to resist.

Large south east facing balcony and the kitchen island.

Great amenities, great staff and great interiors

Wardian lives up to its original aspirations of being a biophillic, nature-inspired place to live. The amenities are some of the best in Canary Wharf and apartments are designed to high standard. The staff, (whether that be those behind the post desk, the cleaner, handyman or resort directors) are all very friendly and helpful, in particular Maria at the front desk who always makes you smile.

Canary Wharf is not only buzzing with things to see and do, but it's also very safe. With plenty of restaurant and bars, cinemas, art trails and festivals along with Go-boats and open-swimming if the middle dock, there is plenty to keep you entertained. However the Elizabeth line, jubilee line and the DLR are just a moments walk away which means you can stay connected to the rest of london with ease too.

There is an app which helped make Wardian living even easier. So you can book meeting rooms, cinema slots etc with the app

What is the best feature of your home:

We love our chevron tiled bathroom with the large bath. Also our large open space balcony gives us a sense of having a garden in the sky

Great place to live with excellent staff!

Facilities are top notch! The design is great and the atmosphere is very upscale. I like that there is always fresh flowers and smiley and helpful staff that give the place a warm and cozy feeling. It would be great if the sales gallery was somewhere else and that space could be used for the actual residents

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

- The bad is the dirty trash room as some residents are really disgusting and they leave everything on the floor. There should be CCTVs here so the specific residents can get fined/called upon. - The parties at the Novotel are also quite loud and disruptive. - The Aspenway construction makes our windows incredibly dirty. Windows should be cleaned more often and there should be an offer to clean the windows of the terrace considering this is out of the residents’ control. - Still issues with residents throwing their cigarette butts to other people’s terraces. On another note the staff is excellent! Whether it is at the concierge desk: Maria, Hassan, Hristina or Albena it is always a pleasure to deal with them. Also the Post Room staff: Hugo, Maria and Dean are excellent!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known how disruptive the aspenway construction is.

What is the best feature of your home:

Great location and safe, which is our overall priority.
