The commute to the city is really easy and takes 20 minutes on the DLR, our flat is lovely and the design and layout of the development is fantastic. There were a few early small issues but they were quickly sorted and to be expected in a newly completed building." – Sarah, verified resident at Royal Wharf You can read more reviews of Ballymore Group developments by clicking on the properties below. Overpriced for what it is. Most facilities break regularly and the management will never disclose the actual issue. lifts and hot water break at least once per month and they never accept responsibility. You will not get what you paid for. do not fall for the aggressive tactics used to get you to buy in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

most business units are empty and the facilities are constantly breaking. repairs lack the urgency they should be due.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Quick to arrange inspections of the flat for their own convenience slow to respond to requests for assistance. Constantly close repair tickets without properly investigating faults.

What is the best feature of your home:

flat is well insulated but this backfires in summer.

Prime Place At Hayes

High Point Village, UB3

Jul 2024

High point village has various aminities within the development itself like gym, swimming pool, sauna, heat room. Apart from these aminities we do have conceirge desk which is 24X7 and we never miss any couriers or parcels. Everything is taken care at conceirge itself. In addition to all these, the Grand Union Canal view from this developement gives a picturesque view.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located at prime location. Just on the sides of rail station and bus stop. All shops and ASDA in walkeable distance. Variety of restaurants and food options within walkeable distance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was not having an idea of how easy it would be to have all the shops and resturants this much near by. I am finding it very convenient in terms of commute as well as for shopping.

What is the best feature of your home:

A book with coffee on a summer evening in the balcony with the picturesque view of Grand Union Canal from my home is the best feature in my opinion.

The overall aesthetic of the wharf is very well looked after

Royal Wharf, E16

Overall Royal Wharf is a lovely, friendly place to live with lots of amenities and places to eat/ drink. The properties designs and features are lovely and above standard - what would make it better is if there was a receptionist for every building to deter theft.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a lot of facilities here on Royal Wharf that is perfect such as the no. of shops/ restaurants and the gym & pool! The overall aesthetic of the wharf is very well looked after. The parking on the wharf if super expensive, we are wanting to get a car but cannot afford to pay the monthly charge it is crazy high. There has been a lot of anti social behaviour over the past year of phone thefts.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We had wish we'd known how long for the development in front of us would take to building lot's of noise pollution.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the layout of our apartment being a corner flat with lots of windows and light.

Much recommended as it has good living experience around here. Very collaborative community with loads of events to keep it busy and going always. Very close to Canary Wharf and Bank stations so good on connectivity as well. Overall would really recommend staying here, got busier than earlier and getting more of this each day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good locality to stay with good amenities around at the drop of a hat. School, pubs, restaurants, hair dresser, GP, ice cream parlour, dry cleaner, pharmacy, grocery, nursery for children

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The construction that is ongoing in and around the area

What is the best feature of your home:

Neighbourhood. Vibrant community that has a collaborative presence and living

Great location poor upkeep

Royal Wharf, E16

Great amenities on the development such as the clubhouse. Ballymore do let the site down massively with maintaince and sorting out crime and anti social behaviour. That aside it’s a good place to live just needs more attention to the people living there rather than future developments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good variety of shops on the development now however the supermarket Sainsbury’s is very badly run and there desperately needs to be another option.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Riverscape being built directly in front of us and the horrendous hours and breaches the builders did through our construction

What is the best feature of your home:

Views of central London albeit riverscape blocking most of it now!
