Great development. The best in London ! Great service especially Ibrahim Alamin always helpful and always gives us a 5* service. The Skypool is unique. Such a great place to live. So central. Everyone in the development is so friendly and the staff is excellent.

Good but not the best

The management excels with a wide range of activities. Tower F's exceptional cleanliness is attributed to Claudia, who is always attentive and friendly, ensuring an impeccable environment. However, bathroom and closet design leave much to be desired. The ongoing construction work and increasing homeless population are also notable concerns.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lacks restaurant variety, limited street lighting, safety concerns with bikes, noisy due to ongoing construction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Too many construction works and increasing homelessness

What is the best feature of your home:

The building is well-managed with a variety of activities, cleanliness in Tower F is thanks to the attentive Claudia Coco.

Terrible facilities, service, management

Worst thing is the facilities and the management. Lifts, internet, steam rooms don't work. Sky pool rented out for external use even when tenants are paying for the service. Absolutely no avenue to complain about anything. I've never experienced a development like it. Outrageously mis-managed, and they simply don't understand the complaints, or just don't care.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have no issue with the area, I moved there for a reason. But the development is terrible. Rowdy, student atmosphere. I reported drug taking, they just don't care. Police had to get called with a particularly racist neighbour that they also wouldn't take seriously. So many sleepless nights with many sound systems. There was a period where I was having to call concierge pretty much every night after midnight. They just wouldn't do anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how apathetic the management team were

What is the best feature of your home:

It's so difficult to think of anything positive. I guess the sky pool was nice when they actually allowed tenants in (paying tenants) that were treated with total disdain.

Worse experience

Worse management team. If you have a leak, water, supply, heating or cooling issue, prepare to live with it for the rest of your stay. Disrespectful concierge too. Don’t even greet residents or guests. We currently have a heatwave. Haven't had any water supply for the whole day. The cooling system is giving out 31C air due to thermostat malfunction. On top of that we just had a leak for 5 months. In the months of December and January, we had no heating because of a problem with the software of the HIU.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Best thing is the Waitrose. Probably only reason why I am still here but have decided to move because of poor management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly almost no response as I have explained previously.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had know how poor the building management and facilities team are in the event of a leak, water supply, heating or cooling issue.

Not worth it

Absolute shambles - you pay top notch for facilities and end up with steam rooms that are out of service for over half a year, sky pools you cant use as they have been sold off to film crews and on top of that you have to listen to all these passive aggressive announcements from an incompetent management that try and tell the residents how they should behave. You can't achieve a luxury environment if the service you offer is budget to say the least.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice local shops and amenities - the opening of BPS is a very welcome addition to the area, lots of new restaurants and great connections into Central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes this has all been resolved well as it is separate from Ballymore

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How poorly this space was being managed and that facilities, which are the main selling point of this development, are either broken or not available
