Lived here 9 years and service charge went up the roof following grenfell. The cladding here is the problem and owners have to pay double the service charge now as we have fire wardens on each floor 24/7. I cant use my own parking space now as it is out 9f bounds..

A lot of problems with cladding which raised the service charge. Building management is awful

It is a nice neighboorhood with good facilities and train lines. Just the wrong building.

I have been in this building for about 2 months and have no concerns at all. The building concierge and lobby is always left clean and inviting, the staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are top grade. I feel safe living in this area with security monitoring constantly and security doors to enter.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is close to a variety of shops including food takeaways, lovely restaurants and clothing departments as well as supermarkets. It's a slight walk to the station at East Croydon but worth it for proximity to the high street and facilities in the area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don't think there is anything as I did extensive research and asked many questions of my landlord. Very satisfied.

Very well maintained society and very quiet And peaceful..the flat is quite good and modern.very airy and lighted.the building overall is well maintained.the building is very secured and safe. The neighbours are quiet and helpful. The view fro, the flat is amazing

Just moved in about 1 month ago. So far so good. If I need anything the concierge is always around and they're always very nice and helpful. The building itself is alright. Haven't noticed any problems so far. Maybe just the smell of the Turkish restaurant in front that it's a bit annoying.

I personally enjoy this area. A lot of shops around and always feel safe. Very close to central London with good transport.

Brilliant building and flat, saving lots of money as you don't need to use heating, 24 hour concierge means 24 hour security, sound proofing is great and means you don't hear neighbours or any of the construction work close by. Very big flat. Have had a few issues with plumbing.

Developing a lot and the neighbourhood's changing all the time, new people arriving, coffee shops restaurants and bars everywhere, Boxpark is great for lots of different types of cuisine and great social spot for meeting friends. Area is a bit rough, back streets are dirty , some anti social young people around who make you feel unsafe , especially at night

Happier than expected, been here 6 years and very satisfied especially as the building goes up in value
