No enough great coffee shop nearby; Sometimes the bars nearby and neighbors are too noisy; no clear instructions of the direction of garbage room.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time when there’s a facility check, it seems we have no choice but to hand in our key for the engineers to get access, which is extremely annoyed.

The location of the facilities like gym, parcel hub and garbage room.

Extreme convenience of local transport links with access to local amenities including coffee shops, grocery stores and an outlet mall. The neighborhood is well kept and cleaned frequently by staff. While major events are held at the O2, local vendors are great at ensuring minimal disruption to local residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, building management has been responsive to general inquiries pertaining to any issues that arose during our time so far.

Great to know in advance how nice the community is. Very quiet and safe.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Greenwich Peninsula is the perfect location. You have a real sense of a community, a food and shopping outlet on your doorstep and some of London’a best landmarks just a short walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management staff have been quite responsive to problems or issues which I’ve raised. They have been prompt and helpful where able.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Prior to moving in, I wish I had known more about parking alternatives for family and friends on event days at the O2 as it has been quite difficult to facilitate this at times.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s quite busy because it’s near to the O2 and the cable cars but on the building streets it’s quiet

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded to all in a very timely manner

i wish i knew how busy the location was and the energy providers used.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very windy area due to the high buildings and it can create loads of noise. Difficult to book the facilties like the cinema

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is very slow in general. We complaint in 2021 about a crack in our bedroom and has not been fixed yet
