Nice community, some dirty areas, It is quiet on my floor which is nice.

The community and people are nice. But the kids broke some of the lamps outside. The flats could be redecorated. There is food on the floor. It is quiet on my floor which is nice. The service charges are expensive.

I don’t like the people that litter the bundling. They don’t clean that often. The inside of the house and the people are nice.

There is nowhere to park and the resident parking is only for certain people.

New building and the facilities are of good quality. The security is good because they always do the walk around and you can call them 24h if you have any issues. It is safe overall. Maintenance is good and there are no delays in fixing things.

It takes a long time to get the things fixed. The lift is not working for 3 weeks now and we don't know when it will get fixed. Not very big flat. I feel safe living here. There is 24/7 security . No good playground for toddlers .

Good area. The shops are close. The train station too.

In the summer it gets very hot on the last floor

Facilities are not good for the kids. The service is not great either . Not enough bins around here . 2 small bins for the whole area only. My flat is dark because of the exterior wall. A lot of mould and no ventilation . Tiny little vents . I feel safe living here. It is pet friendly . What I dislike are the wooden fences because the kids can hurt themselves.

I hate the balcony . The parking is not free. We have to use the same provider for water they can't change it for 11 years . The concierge is only in the City house . Design is fine . We have air vents instead of windows. There are no windows in the bathroom.
