- Flats very well designed, under floor heated, top class amenities (bathrooms etc.) - All flats have outdoor space attached - Large communal garden and bike store - Great community, nice people in the building (lots of tech workers from Google and Meta) - Generally the building is well maintained (gardens, communal areas etc.)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - Fantastic location, 2 tube stations in ~10 mins walk - Gyms, supermarkets, a nice bar and a pub very close by - Very quiet street (even though Camden road is just close by) - Lovely garden/communal space Bad: - Building management functions very poorly, but on balance its better than other building managers in London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is slow, lethargic and deserves to not exist. However compared to other

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some flats don't have as much light, communal gardens should have more flowers!

What is the best feature of your home:

Great flat and building location, wouldn’t wish the building management on my worst enemy

I love my flat and Ada Lewis House is very well located, but the building management is atrocious. To be honest, I’m thinking of moving put because it’s so bad. Urgent, serious communal issues are left unattended for months on end, leaseholders are either ignored or treated rudely by the building managers when raising these issues, and actuals are never sent on time and often need to be recalculated because the accounts team hasn’t done its job properly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great availability of local shops and supermarkets. Dalmeny Avenue can be a bit noise on occasion but otherwise lovely

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s been so bad I am considering moving out of my flat

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building management couldn’t organise a party at a brewery. Completely apathetic and terrible at their joba

Quiet yet convenient

Ada Lewis House is a nice development. It is in a quiet location on the corner of Camden Road and Dalmeny Avenue, away from traffic noise, yet not far away from all the shops and bus and tube connections. The building has a pleasing appearance. There is also a beautiful private garden

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are convenient public transport around the development, including many bus routes at doorstep, walking distance to Caledonian Road Station on the Piccadilly Line, and Tufnell Park tube station on the Northern Line.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I think the building management need to respond faster to residents

Building includes an internal courtyard with a garden. Flats are very well designed. Underfloor eating is ver efficient. Every flat had a big balcony. Mechanical ventilation system ensures air cleanliness Property management is very effective. Neighbours are great

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to Caledonian Road station and many bus stops. Different options for supermarkets (Caledonian Road and Holloway Road). No traffic noise since the building doesn’t face Camden Road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There’s an email distribution and call center. Very responsive

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure the developer can pay the stamp duty for you

Nice new build in Holloway

Z Salloum (Owner)

Aug 2022

Flats are designed well without much wasted space. I particularly like the sound insulation. I can barely hear my neighbours if they’re having a party. Back garden gets loads of sun in the summer. And the bike rack at the back usually have enough space for everyone

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quite street but closest nice pub is 10 minutes walk. Caledonian Road stations is also 10 mins away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. They eventually fix everything but their communication is lacking. Patience is definitely required when dealing with them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything to mention for this point
