Security management excellent. All nice guys who are happy to help with post/moving in/out and any off jobs. Building development management not great. Scaffolding up for 2 years when estimated 6 months. Facilities good and inside the block is well maintained

Quiet block, good transport links but is on the dodgier end of seven sisters road. Good pubs and bars around

I have not reported any issues myself and I am a private tenant.

Great with a couple of faults

The 24/7 concierge service is brilliant, I cannot fault them. Friendly and always helpful. The downside of the development is the building management and design. We have currently had scaffolding on our block for 6 months for what should have been a 6 week job. There is an issue with the balcony materials and leaks coming from the roof. The management team seem very slow in sorting it.

There is a huge range of great restaurants in the area as well as good pubs and bars. Finsbury Park park is nearby providing much needed open green space. Transport is excellent, the best place I've lived for transport connections. Tiltman is a very quiet development, private car park, set away from the street.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Currently cannot use our balconies to their full potential due to incorrect building materials being used on them.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the 24 hour concierge with the property being in an area with excellent transport links.

I can't fault the building as a tenant. I do know people that own property in the building have cladding issues with the management, but if you're looking to rent a nice property in a area with access to the rest of London, it's great.

Great location overall. Area can be a bit dodgy in terms of people on Seven Sisters Road.

We have a concierge that can collect deliveries 24/7 and its a very secure building. The design is quite modern and building management are on top of any changes that are needed. There is alos secure car parking and a good community group that makes sure everyone in the building is looked after.

Like: It's a great area in terms of accessibility. Dislike: Seven Sister road can be a bit dodgy at times

Well designed, appealing block. Good insulation as can barely / never hear neighbours. 24 concierge is good for security and for receiving parcels etc. Property management company can be slow to get back to you if you have an issue. Good community sprit in the block, great place to live.

Excellent transport links. Good access to a wide range of supermarkets. Lots of pubs and restaurants near by.

Any problems that we have raised they have dealt with them.
