This is a very convenient place to live with your family. It is very close to city center and you have access to any type of transportation with buses, trains, trams and car. Also there are schools very close by.

I should know better what checks should i do before i buy a new house

What is the best feature of your home:

It is very close to many amenities and also is very comfortable

There are many shops in walking distance which helps a lot on your daily shopping.Schools are in 5 min walking distance and also the city center is less than 10 min walking where you have access in everything including transport.There is not much noise despite is close to city center and so far looks very safe area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we needed something we had a very fast response from the customer care services

I don't think that was anything particular i knew exactly what i wanted

Saints Quarter is an area under development.So far we are happy with the choice we made to live here.There are plenty of shops in the area,parks and school on a walking distance.It is also very convenient because is just 10 min walk from the city center and all the transport links(bus,train,tram)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

fast response to minor problems we had and easily sorted

Moving to a new house it is always an amazing experience but it is also very stressful so everybody needs to be prepared before this

Lovely development and area.

Always available to help and very friendly. Any queries are answered on time

My local area is fine although, right next to the city centre with the main tram line near by. Bins collected every other week which was a total shock as I'm from somewhere where they are collected every week. Not much traffic where I am situated although a lot of mornings there is a massive fog horn sound that lasts for ages. Not sure what it is! I have a drive so parking is no problem at all and being so close to the city means there are quite a few shops near by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have not. They keep saying things will get sorted and then they don't. Then tell me to write letters. Total joke. Lovell homes are awful developers and after sales don't do anything at all. I wonder what they were hired for.

How awful lovell builders were they I would not have purchased with them.
