Actually everything is very good here, there is a big Aldi store and good local shops near us, we have good access to the street and the proximity to Connon Hill Park is very attractive to me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything is good and I always received answers to my questions and problems easily.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I asked all my questions before the move and got the answers I needed, I just had a question about the bill, which someone is going to explain to us today.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location! Aldi and Canon hill park right across the road, shops and take away 2 minute walk away as well has great transports links at Your doorstep to get in and out of town. The residential area is clean and quite.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As soon as I’ve raised any concerns they’ve been dealt with immediately

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the Gym that is being built is going to be a commercial gym. I thought it was part of Corkfield and wouldn’t have general public access

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very close to a large park with tennis courts. Being close to a large market and cultural center makes life easy. The streets are wide and there are paid parking areas for cars. We have a terrace where we can watch the matches live at the cricket stadium.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had some technical problems with our washing machine, they solved it quickly and provided us with a temporary machine in the meantime.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bills are average, and economic. The interior and exterior decoration of the building as well as the interior design of the house have been thought out and implemented in detail.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love being just outside the busy city, and having the MAC and Cannon Hill Park nearby is a big plus. We haven’t checked out many of the local bars or shops yet, but the bus links are really handy, even without a train station close by. The street is quiet, parking’s easy, and bin collections are reliable. No issues with noise or anti-social behaviour, so it’s been a nice, peaceful place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On-site staff are amazing and so friendly and I look forward to seeing them daily! It's definitely a highlight!

Reinforce that the app contradicts the viewing and booking the rooms doesn't charge unless made a mess.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have found everything very local to Corkfield. It has a Aldi, Morrisons express and Asda express within walking distance for any last minute shopping. There are also restaurants/take aways nearby and also Halal shops for meat etc are also local. Outside Corkfield sounds busy however no noise is heard in the complex. Overall complex is also quiet no anti social behaviour seen or heard by any residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always prompt on any maintenance issues which are resolved very quickly.

Abit more research on schools nearer the complex. Anyone with young children research nearby schools rather than a Google search.
