Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Absolutely love my new home & the location! Homes are well spaced apart unlike many new build estates, landscaping & design makes it look great too. Once finished the play park and paths into the woodland walks will be perfect to make the most of the stunning views around here. Ten minute walk to the train station - train times are a bit weird though thanks ScotRail! Close to the coastal path for lovely walks/trail runs and the beach so close is worth the move alone.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had 10 small issues and all were noted & fixed within that time. The site management have been so nice, helpful and quick to respond. The workers that have been in to fix the snagging have all been respectful of the new home, shoes off etc, friendly and happy to see the job done. I’ve read some other reviews here saying aftercare wasn’t great but this has not been my experience at all & couldn’t rate them higher! I’d definitely recommend Lovell & would buy another one myself in future.

When out for a walk, the only way home is up a hill! This is genuinely a nice area, good surroundings, lots of dog walks and very welcoming

Good range of shops all very convenient. Ample parking, good public and road transport links. Ample bin storage.

Nothing actually, I had an excellent experience throughout.

Spacious modern design. Very nice quality fixtures and fittings.

Shops nearby (Tesco) are the same as restaurants. Chemical cleaning, post and pharmacy are also around the corner. Every other aspect is excellent, but the bad fact is the drunk people coming from the pub near the entrance to the building. This is quite scary.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That gas, electricity and water need to be sorted ASAP, even before moving in, as it will take a lot of time.

What is the best feature of your home:

I really like how well-insulated this place is. The layout is nice, providing a lot of light for the flat.

The area has a load of local amenities that make living here so convenient. There is plenty of parking, both street and gated that make things easy. Aswell as a friendly local community.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wish I had known before moving in is how difficult it is for delivery couriers to find the address once you set up delivery instructions it is very easy but until then often the delivery drivers are unsure where the flats are.

What is the best feature of your home:

I would say that the best feature of my home is how lovely and luxurious the bathrooms are as well as the fact that the building is so energy and heat efficient. It naturally sits at 20° without needing the heating on through the winter.

15 minutes walk to town which has lots of places for coffee and food, independent shops.bus stops close to the estate.No through traffic only local. Regular bin collection.

Friendly area and if you have a dog they are welcome in lots of places

What is the best feature of your home:

Close to shops and country walks. House is very energy efficient. Nice quiet area.
