Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Priors Crescent is in the quiet village of Salford Priors. It's off School Road, although you would never know there was a school there. There is a village store/post office that has a wide range of goods, surprising for a small village, and not expensive. The local bus service has stops less than 100M from the development, with routes to Stratford Upon Avon and Evesham. Still finding out about the area but first impressions are all positive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, as with all new builds there have been a few snags, but they have been, or are being dealt with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would not of used BT home move service, they have been dreadful to deal with.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property was finished to a high standard. Local bus services are nearby and local shops are within walking distance. Local restaurants are nearby and slightly further afield is the Cotswolds in all its splendour. Big cities like Birmingham, Worcester & Cheltenham are accessed by a short drive and the M5 & M40 north and south are accessible by a short drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All snagging has been resolved by the developer. There was nothing major.

I would have liked to know more about transport links to London & Birmingham

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Handy post office and co op shop within a 10 mins just over the road! Evesham is a 15 min drive away for all major supermarkets and shops!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! Some chasing required but all items addressed in the end.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there would be traffic calming. Nothings shown on drawings or mentioned to me.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Useful amenities such as village hall, church, recreation ground, pubs and village shop. Lovely countryside and nature walks all around. Easy commute to main roads, connecting motorways and larger towns and cities. More than adequate for all houses and visitors on the driveways. Little to no traffic noise locally. Very strong community feel throughout the development and village.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had all of the snagging completed within 12 months of moving in, mostly within a couple of weeks of raising the job.

The new property we have moved to, we couldn’t be happier with the area. It’s a really quiet, friendly village with Bidford and Alcester not far for shopping.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are continuously touching base with us to check if there are any issues. Any that arise, get sorted quickly
