The structure of the house is modern and although every house is very similar, they are unique in there own little way. My personal favourite aspect of the house is the open plan design as it automatically makes the house appear larger and executes character.

The area is situated in the borough of Wolverhampton. Convenient local shops and extremely close to the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The repairs and maintenance apartment could be a little more responsive.

N/A As I viewed the house several times prior to moving in.

The buildings are beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing but there are many faults in the house with snagging

The buildings are beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing but there are many faults in the house with snagging and problems with getting issues resolved! We have an ongoing battle with trying to get multiples issues resolved! Although we do have someone who goes round and does the gardening at the front of the houses and litter picking so this is very good!

Our development is in an ideal location, close to wolverhampton city centre with plenty of bars, take always and local transport networks including; bus, train and tram.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but takes a VERY long time for problems to be resolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We didn’t have a viewing because of the virus but we wish we could have got room dimensions etc. But one thing I wish we knew when we moved in was the issues with getting your bins emptied when moving in to a new build

The design of the property is fabulous. A beautiful home for a family I must say. Going through the management to rent the property was pretty straight forward and easy. But it's really takes time to get the team to respond to problems of repairs if need be.

Very nice location, very close to the train station, good schools, local transport and convient stores.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management responds to problems raised most of the time but no in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I choose the property with bigger rooms than me. Had the opportunity to see my neighbour's house and found out they have bigger rooms than mine.

I am really happy with the property overall. I think it’s great value for money. The design my garden could be better for example the slabbing. I have barley any space for a table and chairs currently. Also, there’s been times where it’s been difficult to get hold of support after hours. And I have been waiting for maintenance work now for several months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great for me, close to the city centre. There are great shops near by (walking distance). I like the space I have for parking and the the way that the plot is maintained. With beautiful plants and surrounding scenery. It feels safe and peaceful for me. I love the location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All have been responded to. However, no action was taken. Even though my portal says there was.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of storage space. Also I thought that the back garden would be maintained too.

Should have solar panels. No point tenant paying for sky windows in the kitchen if your not going to provide the poles to open the windows. Different colour carpets would brighten up the inside so you could have different tymed rooms instead of grey all the way through

Development should have a decent bar/ restaurant on site and a shop. All local shops and bars are not pleasant.

In regards to the carpet, we completely appreciate that it isn't very colourful, but we aim to keep it quite neutral so that artwork and colourful dressing can be added by our residents to make it their own and to suit everyone's tastes.
