The facilities and building management and property management have good and excellent spacing in housing benefit and am happy and content also love me location where am living it very close to the road way and train station where I can quickly get my transportation to work and back

I dont think I have no problem with the availability where am living am happy and content

Love the development, the design of the building is amazing ! The area is great as it is close by to Canary Wharf and easy access to public transport. There is also underground parking which is convenient as cars are kept safe. I love how modern the design is !

There are many restaurants close by as it is near to Canary Wharf. There are also many hotels. It’s very peaceful and quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The DLR trains pass by so it is abit noisy. However is great for travel as its close.

Wonderfully designed communal spaces. They feel very modern and premium. Slightly concerned RE the waste disposal, currently recycling is out of action and there isn’t really anywhere to dispose of large items, which means people are shoving a lot of outsize stuff down the chute. NHG are a bit slow to respond to questions RE property management, but concierge are friendly and polite, especially Marcin.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great range of clothes and accessories shops, as well as supermarkets. You’ve got everything from the Asda Superstore to the very upmarket Waitrose (biggest in the country). Difficult to say RE bars and restaurants, as it’s still lockdown.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You can really see into other people’s flats (and vice versa) so make sure you sort out living room curtains before you move!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Fit the property with a washer/dryer, not just washing machine.

The design of the building is designed to make you see London skylines and sunsets. Seeing beautiful Canary Wharf does not matter about the weather come rain or shine. Very modern and contemporary layout and look. Lots to see and explore from every angle of the building.

A very busy area because it is in the heart of Canary Wharf. Spectacular views of the Thames river and Canary Wharf.

Busy location but once your inside it is a different feeling.

Looking from the outside you think it’s only two big towers with simple, clean lines, but the moment you step inside the building you can feel the luxury in all the details, the swimming pool is EXTRAordinary surrounded by tropical and exotic plants, really nice staff and everytime I arrive home I feel I’m living the dream.
