Ballymore, our management has not been actively engaging with us as leaseholders in various important issues. We already have the cladding crisis in which there has been a delay of 3 years in remediating the issues. Also, just last week, Ballymore suddenly sprung the waking watch on us without consulting with leaseholders. This is causing leaseholders a lot of distress.... Our service charges are skyrocketing and it is very very concerning.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I actually very much like the place I am living int. It has good transportation links and it is close to canary wharf

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There has been newspaper articles (including the Financial Times) and ministers calling out Ballymore specifically and "naming and shaming" them on various issues including the high service charges and the cladding remediation. Unfortunately not much has been done. We continue to have extremely high service charges and there is no end in sight.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I trusted Ballymore too much. We feel powerless as leaseholders.
