Management and facilities are good. In general it is a well looked after area. I wouldn’t be rushing to say it’s the most beautiful design but how many modern plots are. I think it’s very suitable for a wide range of people from first time buyers to young families

Good range of pubs locally. Not tonnes of green space. Noisy when windows open but when closed it is okay

All issues responded to in a timely manner so far so good

Great facilities. This property has been made to meet your needs of daily life and leave you having no issues inside the property. However I do not personally like the design of these modern blocks. furthermore it has been built in an area that is not easy to get to other places from

The main issue i see with the property is the transport links. Good local shops and amenities nearby

They responded adequately however have been slow with others

the flats are reasonably warm, especially during a heatwave!

Balcony is perfect. It is the best thing about my flat.. I work in the city and it's super close to London, It just takes 15 minutes. The area is not safe at all but I never really walk around west Croydon. The gym is great and we also have a beautiful roof garden! I buy my food, take it upstairs and just enjoy it.

Traffic noisy is bad but everything is cool

I wish there were more restaurants and places to eat
