Not very happy with the concierge and the management , reason why ?! Investing in CCTV still can't tackle the problem with a rubbish on the site very bad .

Hi just a quick one about the concierge Caspian Wharf , 27/08/21 just came back from holiday at midnight called them 10 min before we arrived , very politely asked about unload the car with my kids and wife lived here for 10 years , always nice to people around but somehow the concierge seemed to be a little bit having a discriminatory behavior towards me . Any way coming back to the point , the gentlemen from concierge i am not gonna mention the name refused to let me in at night time without any reason , left my family outside the gate making us to carry all staff all the way from the gate up to Levanter House . Being very rude to me saying ( I am here tonight and i am not gonna let you in or if i want to i can let you stay outside the gate unload lol ) I mean he was very merciful , can you imagine how thoughtful was this at night time with kids , very tired after a long trip , knowing each other for 10 years never make any trouble , that is how the Concierge at Caspian Wharf is worry about the residents . Well if i could i will give them zero star . Very unprofessional , very rude . I hope someone is going to do something about this . Personally for me, left the family outside the gate at night time not very smart , treating your own residents like this ?! Therefore for me you have 1 star and good luck with that . Start respecting people and be more positive about them , be more friendly , smile a lot , never judge the book by the cover . Have great day . Your resident .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is still developing , transport around very good , DLR 3 min away then another 3 min Stratford - Central Line , Jubilee Line , Bow road - District Line . Violet road sometimes very noisy because the drivers can't manage them self lol except this is ok . Parking around is a nightmare not enough parking spaces around the area . Tesco express and one corner shop which is very nice . People in general ok ish . Bin collection is ok but some residents don't know how to put the rubbish into the bin ! Big thanks to the team whose cleaning around the Caspian wharf , really they doing a great job . Well done . Concierge i wish could be more professional .

Very modern, stylish and fit for purpose. More than sufficient room which is airy and bright. Facility managers are friendly and helpful. Commmunal areas are well looked after and post deliveries are dealt with well. Overall I am very satisfied with everything

Excellent area within close reach to shops and supermarkets. Close walk to tube station and good transport links

Luckily I havent had any issues that I have needed to raise thus far

We have concierge 24 hours which is great and nice green areas . There are shops very close to the development and a gym. The design is very nice and we are communicated important information on a regular basis by the development management. Loads of young professionals living here.

I like the area and the security of the development. There could be more bars and restaurants around the area but there are plenty of shops and it is located near the canal which is great to walk or go for a run

How the hot water and heating works as it is managed by the building

What is the best feature of your home:

My flat has a balcony looking Towards the DLR tracks. It is very quiet at night.

Very safe for children, lovely development

Great for safety, gated development. Difficult to always dry clothes on the balcony, not allowed to... and not always space inside. Get an email straight away if you try to. Great conceige, they are like family. Always good to talk to, and so helpful!

Very close and convenient to canary wharf and strstford. No good restaursnts or bars nearby... need things much closer. Particularly difficult with young children.

Really modern, looked after, only bar size fridge and freezer. All well maintained. Normally go through agency for repairs property looks good and enjoys all of the property ammenities. Happy generally with the standard of property

Living in safe environment 24 hour concierge, gym for residents. Short walk to station. Doctors nearby. Dlr central and central line. Being backed upto train lines can hear in apartment. Not safe on other side of estate

Rent cost increased after one year. Would have liked to know that this was the case .
