Good place to live in

The building have a good design and I like the fact its a high building, as it have a nice views of Canary Wharf and the city. In general the building is very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. It also have security, which gives you a feeling of safety!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good links to the city, perfect for working individuals. Big Tesco and Local Sainsbury nearby. Lack of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, which I think could be improved.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Our flat have been rented through an agency, which keeps our conversations with the landlord to minimum, so responses to issues and problems could be improved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think what a future tenant should have in mind is that the area is very good located, between DLR and the tube, all newly build and overall quite, clean and safe!

Great location with supermarkets, and shopping centres nearby as well as a hospital right in front of the building. Excellent property management with a security guard 24/7, cleaning service, concierge, fitness. All flats are modern, clean and with great views.

The cost of electricity, heating, council tax, etc.

The best feature is the view as well as the modern furniture and central heating.

The property is well located with a stunning view of London especially Canary Wharf. The design of the building is great having facilities such as roof terrace, gym and concierge closely available. The building is secured and the property is managed well. Definitely worth the money.

The neighbourhood is very attractive though there are not enough restaurants, bars and beauty salons around.

I wish I knew : the timeline of Hammersmith and City

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of our home is definitely the view. Being on the 14th floor in a modern building is priceless.

I like the building, exterior and interior, the area isn’t great though, not many amenities in walking distance.

That there wouldn’t be parking and that receiving post would be so complicated

Development is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. Super facilities such as concierge, gym and Sainsbury's around the corner. Less than 5 minute walk to both tube stop and DLR.

Noise from traffic can be very loud when windows are open due to ambulance base across the road.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noise level quite high, however once windows are closed it's barely audible.
