The good thing about living on this development it’s definitely the location right next to the underground and some facilities like the gym . Also the concierge service it’s a plus, stuff really helpful to have as they also receive our parcels and Sainsbury’s downstairs.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a Sainsbury’s just downstairs which is so helpful but also a big Tesco store in a short walk distance. Just next to the underground shutout having any noise. There is a gastro pub on the other side of the street but definitely a more residencial area.

The area is improving a lot and a short distance from Westfield.

It’s not very well manage by the propriety agency.

Marner Point has amazing location with less than 1 minute walk to the tube station and buses right outside the door. Gym and concierge service is a great addition and as it's fairly new built the flats are in GREAT condition. Great community and very friendly people on the development!

Two lifts sometimes makes for a little waiting time during "rush hours" when everyone is going to/from work.

Marner point is a gorgeous modern complex to live In. Everything looks new and fresh. The location is also attached to Bromley-By-Bow station on the district line making it a very convenient location. The views from my balcony on floor 13 were stunning! There Are great facilities including a modern gym downstairs as well as a helpful and friendly concierge. It is a very safe environment.

I didn't realise about the beautiful rooftop on floor 17 until being there a few months. Lovely in the summer!

Great location and good facilities, the gym is really handy as it's just right there so you don't have to go anywhere else. The place is always well kept and clean and tidy. The view from the balcony's is beautiful. Location is amazing as so near to the train station so you can travel easier and quickly to get around london so it's a good location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable to live in so that's good. Just lovely placce to be.

I wish I had known more about parking permits how to access them and what zones you can use.

I bought an apartment in Marner Point five years ago and couldn't have had a better first place in London zone 2. Amazing communications nearby with both buses and a tube station just around the corner. A sainsbury in the building, 24hour concierge, gym and a stunning view of central London from the rooftop terrace. Absolutely love this apartment!
