Exceptional renovation of Balfron tower

Exceptional renovation of Balfron tower, the flat is amazing, spacious, all new white goods, excellent finishing. There is also a cinema, gym, library and eating areas to utilise plus 2 roof top gardens. The redevelopment is exceptional both inside and out, plus 24 hour security.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A local Nisa shop within 3 minute walk and a shopping precinct 10 minute walk with pubs, supermarket, fresh fruit and veg shops, 2 butchers, restaurants and cafe's.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had no problems at all so far. There wasnt a key for one of the windows and within 5 minutes they were there with the key for us.

N/A we knew everything about the property before we moved in

Building is absolutely great! Staff on site is wonderful, I must say! We loved the apartment as soon as we saw it the first time and afterwards upon second viewing, we were impressed with the colour scheme, furniture, decor, views, historical site, different colours on different floors, a lot of amenity rooms to choose from to recreate. It is absolutely great!

Great variety of local amenities and shops around, good choices of food places within 10 minutes away from building, dog park around the corner, quick transport options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The manager on site has solved quickly any reported matters - top star!

The area, the views, the building, the history, Chrisp Street market just around the corner, close DLR stations, various reasons
