Top of the range design throughout living space. Great use of space and excellent property management who are available and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Safe and secure entry system, bike storage facility and lovely green space surrounding the building. In the new year they’ll be a gym, private dining space, restaurants and various other places to enjoy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location for prime travel and an amazing mix of stores. As it’s a new development, I believe once it’s all built it would enhance the availability of shops we have now. There aren’t any bad aspects, I would just say maybe their could be a residents discount with the local amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very promptly and efficiently. I had a query about understanding my utility readings and this was explained very well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s worth exploring the area as there is so much to do and be involved in.

Very nice design. Everything is clean and tidy. Unfortunately we don't have access to the common areas, but they will open soon and we will enjoy it) The apartment is cosy. Everything suits us. The managers are very friendly and always happy to help.

Convenient transport infrastructure. Near the retail park. There is a lack of restaurants. But we hope in future they come in this area

They are always quick to respond and friendly) I have no comments.

Buildings are well designed and fitted with all need equipments. Not all the facilities are ready yet, still waiting for the gym and other shared areas to come online. Management are helpful and always available when needed. Overall it’s nice place to live in

Very nice location next to the tube station and the surroundings are quite nice and beautiful. Traffic noises are acceptable

Great building and property management

The building and property management are great and are just a call away if anything needs fixing. The houses are not cheaply built as you see in many built-to-rent houses. The furniture, finishes provided are of good quality and I am more than happy with the house. The complains mainly would be that the trash room is sometimes very nasty with bugs flying out as soon as you open the bins. It would be great if the management opens up community spaces as the rent does less justice when the community spaces are not ready to avail.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I will start with listing the good aspects of living in the area: 1. The best thing about the location is that it has a retail park within 5-7 mins of walking distance where you can possibly get everything from groceries, appliances, home essentials, pharmacy, clothing which is a huge advantage especially during winters when you don't have to walk long to get something. If in case you need something at odd hours, there is also Tesco express and Asda express located under 5-7 mins walking distance. 2. The area is quiet and homely. Perfect for families to live. 3. There are a lot of coffee shops nearby including a bar right below the building. 4. Great transportation to central London literally anytime during the week. Some parts of improvement for me in the area would be: 1. More restaurants as there are hardly few in the area. 2. I feel people are less friendly or tend not to engage much into conversations.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly. The management has been very prompt and considerate to fix any issues or problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We rented the apartment by just viewing it and not researching of what is around and what is not. But fortunately, there has not been any single thing that we cannot find within a 5-7 mins walk from the apartment.

The design, building and property management are good. The facilities (gym with free classes, and other) are still under construction. The bin room however, sometimes smell really bad with a lot of flies and theres no sanitizer kits (hand sanitizer) around the bin room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super convenient, it nears a retail park and station. Parking place is spacious. There is no noise problem so far. It is near a school and stadium so sometimes it is very crowded around the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I havent have any problems or issues since i moved here.

Take a closer look on the property material, eg: door knobs, ect
