Good lift access for disabled residents.

Good lift access for disabled residents. Parking is optionally available with future-proofing through the use of electric charging points available. Cycle storage is also available. Good building quality is seen throughout the building and no issues have arisen so far.

Very good access to central London with Kilburn Park Station a couple of minutes away. Kilburn High road has all the essentials you need.

Good place to live, next to the highstreet

Building management could be better, Telford homes is quick to respond to issues especially when it comes to leaks or other problems. Property management is good, the flats are kept clean most of the times. The lifts have had some problems, but again the repairs are usually fast

Beautiful landscape, feels very modern and new. Usually have big open windows for lots of natural light.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should have asked more about how the heating system works, everything is modern and hip and I wasnt used to it

Lovely Apartment

The Apartments are great, brand new, cozy, and modern. However, it is a bit too small. The parking garage is perfect, the hallways are perfect and the balcony’s are beautiful. However, the design in the sitting room could be improved upon to offer more space to families. Other taht that, the apartment is great!

There is a lot of good and few bad about this development. The apartments are clean and brand new , neighbours are social and friendly, the parking garage is amazing and don’t get me started on the balcony’s; beautiful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Our cooker wasn’t working as the plug wasn’t in but a engineer was sent within a few days and was fixed instantly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would’ve known that there was a nice area outside with a park.

More stored place needed. Our balcony and other in the building believe that it is open for people to see in. I live on the ground floor and have no private see from people looking over to have a look. It would of been better to have it covered for security

Apart from the rising damp or the little snag list that needed mending the place ain't to bad.

The design is amazing and the facilities is brilliant every single thing designed by really professional people and engineers who care about other to live better thanks for everyone really working hard to make people comfortable and happy

Can't describe how me and my family neighbours happy about the development thanks Brent council

They respond not that fast as many people moving in same time so they got alot to do

Not really as everything I liked but tge space I tge only thing I think I was really worried about me and my family that's all
