Beautiful design, lots of compliments from visitors. Open spaces, stylish, comfortable. Lots of natural light. Yet also having privacy. High standard amenities and white goods. Warm in winter, cool in summer. Welcoming surroundings from the first step

It’s kept clean and tidy and everyone is super friendly. Easy access to mail and deliveries Concierge are really friendly and helpful Neighbours are nice and quiet Lots of families and professionals within the building Fantastic place to live!!!!

It’s great place to live. With the high street a stones throw away and the train station, makes things easier.

Amazing development with a modern but cosy design. Can’t emphasise how great of a place it is to live in. The on site gym is probably one of my favourite bits, second only to the amazing property managers. A closer to centre location would have made it absolutely perfect, but you can’t have it all.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is absolutely amazing, super nice and prompt property managers on site and top notch facilities like gym, reception and residents lounge. The only thing that would make it better is being closer to central London. Even so it is super close to a tube station which really helps.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been super prompt and quick to solve any issues.

Just the assurance that it’s a great place to live in.

Quite far from the city centre, but great place to live in nonetheless

Property management is 10/10, all queries get responded to in a timely fashion and all issues are very quick to get sorted. Common areas are kept clean, design is modern and refreshing. Facilities are also great, especially the reception desk/concierge and the gym. Understandably, gym equipment deteriorates and it would be ideal if repairs/replacements would happen quicker, but not a deal breaker.

Although well connected, it is quite a distance from the city centre. There is not much going on in the night life area and not much of a bar/restaurant scene so it is always a 40+ mins journey for going out.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have always received prompt responses and solutions.

The great property management on the positive side The lacking night life, bar/restaurant scene in the area on the negative side

Best place to rent in London

Everything is amazing! Design of the flat itself is what drew me to rent here, everything is super functional. Facilities are great, there’s always something going on, gym is brilliant and on site, saving us money to pay for a gym and travel to get there, so much space for rubbish and we are able to recycle here too, bin space is always well kept and super clean

Everything you need is at your doorstep, there are grocery shops and a tube stop 5 minutes away. Many food options if you fancy a take away or meal out!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue recently with the heating and air filtration system, because management are always on hand to help, it was fixed on the same day! Our parcels are always collected and well put away, until we collect them!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We viewed and moved in the summer so we didn’t know what winter would be like. Now we know that it’s great, the flat is very well insulated and we have no complaints. We were quite nervous about how busy it would get near us because of Wembley arena but that’s nothing to worry about either. We are close enough to visit but not too close to be largely affected.
