Development is great

Development is great. More parking should be available to residents. Rubbish facilities are not the best as a lot of rubbish are dumped . Potentially a cover for these would make it better to be around there. Or more scheduled pick ups Otherwise it's good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Área is great with great access to multiple parts of the city and motorway out of London. Lots of bit supermarkets locally, high street shops and shopping centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes it takes some time but they get there in the end.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That my car would be stolen from across the road .

It will be good if there was more parking spaces also parking spaces for visitors, it’s really not far even delivery ppl having trouble to park and also other such as midwifes, children also would benefit from some area to play and also some trees dropping some residues on cars which is hard to remove

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Just tube too far and very busy road, shops too far as well, zero green spaces around, walking distance to any park min 20-25 mins

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually respond quickly. The problem sometimes not fully sorted

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noise, even at night, from the garage and the warehouses and some dealers

The property management is good, they clean every week the building and keep everything organise. Sometimes the neighbours is the problem, they don't want to follow the rules and this is an issue. But the rest, is everything nice, organise, clean and perfect.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good things to live in here is that there are a lot stores close to the building, pharmacy and bus stops that you can take bus to everywhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issue I have in here is just the bin, as the company take long to take the bin out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

About the parking, as we need to pay for it and it is expensive.

I don't have any complaints about the building management or the property; the only problem is the neighbourhood, which sometimes doesn't follow the rules and complicates everything. But, for the rest, everything is fine, and I have all the support I need.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like to live here because it's a good area as I have stores, a supermarket, a pharmacy and bus stops close to me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I don't have any issues with the building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the bin collection as sometimes they take so long to get the bin out.

Wish there was more parking available

Intercom is always broke and gate and door too, so a bit unsafe. Building management is not friendly and doesn't seem to care about tenants. Building design is okay, although it's annoying only one side has windows but everything else is okay. Wish there was more parking available so people would stop parking on the pavement.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bin collection is awful sometimes it overflows. Great connection to central London, and many local shops around including the shopping centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Minor issues solved but intercom still broken which leads to Parcels being lost

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing that I wish inhad known before moving in.
